Hivel is a good tool for measuring Engineering productivity data for your teams. As the team size grows in organizations it becomes challenging to understand how many developers do not have a coding task or how is quality of coding done and how frequently do we have emergency releases. Hivel has a clean mechanism to address all these challenges that any Engineering team has when they are in high growth mode. They care for the clients and try to add value to the client goals. Hivel needs better fault tolerance model to identify gaps in the data capture. They should find the issues through internal engineering methods rathern than client reporting them.
