The UI/UX is top-notch, and navigating the platform is easy and intuitive. This has helped in quick adoption of the tool across our engineering teams. The onboarding was smooth and painless, and their customer support team was very responsive, making it an overall positive experience. The Founder is a former CTO, and this background seems to have helped in making the product very relevant for engineering leadership. There is a profound understanding of our pain points and the insights we derive from the dashboards are very valuable in reporting both upward and downward within our company.
