Hive is among one of the most remarkable, top-notch, and quality project management platforms. It offers features like Kanban boards and Gantt charts to keep the track of your projects as well it offers features that are quite exclusive in the project management platforms like communication. Many users find it quite difficult to use it at first, which is a very common issue that is surely resolvable with time. But, the mobile version of Hive is not as good as its desktop version. We are thankful that it has a mobile version but a more moderate and upgraded version is needed for even better management and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As opposed to other platforms like Asana (which we migrated from), the platform offers full functionality without a restrictive pricing structure. We have the same features we had in an Enterprise Plan with Asana for a fraction of the cost. The search feature could be better, in my opinion. Sometimes we have to be incredibly specific, and if teammates aren't as familiar with our projects, then they have a harder time finding things and get frustrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hive is a great tool overall. What stands out is its integration of your emails and notes directly into projects and tasks. By linking your email, you have an email string auto-update into tasks, and you can even make an email a task. It saves time and mental energy as you no longer have to jump between email and tasks, it brings them together. It also has an easy to update and track notes feature with a great UI. You can create tasks, or "actions," as Hive calls them, in your meeting notes without leaving them, and link them directly to projects. You can also create and share note templates with your team. Notes, or notebooks with note logs in them, can also be directly linked to one or more projects creating an applicable and easy to reference knowledge base. I really like Hive. As long as it keeps this up and keeps improving the ease of use, its use cases will continue to shine. PS. I think Hive can improve the way projects are visually displayed in its Gantt and Resourcing views, which are very useful, by allowing more collapsability, and custom time ranges for viewing. More hover options for projects or tasks with long names could also help. Lastly, add a calendar option for my actions. I also noticed things look more streamlined on Mac, maybe offer that for PC. Also please offer an integration with Notion, or at least allow the views to show up on screen, right now I have to settle for a link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Hive I have been able to organize my time and all the task that need to be done, I do not forget about anything day by day and it's very easy to use and understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
