The downside with HIVE that I am experiencing at the moment is tracking of timesheets on who has submitted and not submitted for the week. And submitting a ticket and waiting to see if it gets picked up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a decent project manager. It has plenty of integrations including mail, calendar, and time tracking. The integration with Microsoft Teams is quite useful, which notifies and allows you to join scheduled meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's pretty slow. The app is somehow worse than the web version. This makes it feel like a downgrade when compared to solutions like Asana. I don't know that I would say other solutions are better in terms of features, but they feel a lot snappier. The steps required to get from an assigned task to the project overview are a bit unintuitive. Time tracking is very confusing and requires several steps that really don't make any sense to me. Hive allows our team to customize our workflow. It also has several tools and features that help us individually organize and optimize our goals and plans. We especially love the many ways to customize and individualize how each of us can use the system. There are so many different features now available on Hive that the app can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Do I need all of the options it provides? I don't think so.
