I'm not sure I've come accross a downside. They have been updating things regularly which I haven't had much time to look at the new features so there is some ongoing learning that is needed with it because of all the new additions but the main features seem to be staying the same. My favorite thing about Hive is the template feature. We use action card templates daily for all of our projects. They're a great way to ensure all projects follow the same steps and provide consistent deliverables. Templates have been a game changer in efficiency for us. The biggest influence for selecting Hive was the ease of use and how intuitive it felt. Many of the projects that we were running were being tracked in Excel or on paper. Hive has provided us with a method for providing project status and better communication with our business partners.

Hive has also been useful for our staffing resource management.

The Hive staff has been outstandin! They provided numerous training sessions for our teams to allow us to implement and function efficiently.
