I like how easy everything is to use. After the initial set up, the usability of this platform is SOO easy! I like that I can build custom templates and use ones that I previously customized. I appreciate that there are several ways to upload contacts and the dashboard is easy to navigate too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I disliked was during set up. There were parts of the platform setup that I am not familiar with and instead of having a rep set it up for me, I was directed to FAQ style bullet points. We've been working with Hive for many years, our team loves the platform. Hive's automated engagement segments are great, they make it easier to organize our lists. They've boosted our open rates since we switched some of our clients. The setup is super fast as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking to automate their email strategy. I like how like many other email software, you can create automations and tells you the campaign deliverability. The biggest advantage is that it integrated with Shopify and was able to show us what campaigns would deliver better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Onboarding to a new email platform is always a daunting task ~ but I have to say the HIVE has been super hands-on and supportive with all of my company's needs! My rep has been reliable, timely and always comes back with either a solution or next steps to get towards resolving any outstanding issues.
Additionally, their team has also provided us valuable tools and resources to make the most of all of the features within the platform. Automated journeys have been exciting to experiment with, and HIVE has been great about providing us with a floor of understanding to start with. Minimal to no bad experiences so far! If there was anything that would keep HIVE being a 10/10, it would be the template customization. It's good and this may be nitpicky, but it's not the easiest to work with when building new emails/templates. Does it get the job done though? Absolutely and then some. I like the ease of use, the dashboard is very intuitive and I like that it has good search abilities. It's great that you can use it for email, events and CRM in the same platform.
