What do you like best about Hive.co?

What do you like best about Hive.co?

It's super simple to collaborate. We have several levels of review, and it's easy to have multiple people log in to review and edit content. Would definitely recommend for people who are new to email communication software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive.co?

I don't have much to complain about; I suppose the features are pretty basic so for people trying to create complex content, this might not be the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hive.co:

Discuss with your teammates how many people should be involved with the email communications process, if you need other features (I haven't used SMS for example, but know they advertise that quite a bit) and compare plans. It is good email marketing that you can use for your business or an eCommerce site. it is almost integrated with all the primary tools you want to use and it will make your work easy. What do you like best about Hive.co?

The best part about this software is that it organises the structure of our customers into list so it's easily searchable.

It has one of the powerful platform which is email marketing n sms which we don't get in others. And their support team is wonderful no doubt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of now nothing to be disliked about this app.

What do you like best about Hive.co?

Client support, specifically our client success manager Sarah S., is hands down the best service we've ever received among any email platform we've ever used. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the product, has taken the time to learn our business, and is able to give recommendations on how Hive can best serve our business. She is quick to respond, provides frequent updates, and has a solution for almost every question we've had.

The template builder has way more options compared to other services. Hive's integration with our ticketing system is incredible and provides extremely valuable detailed insights in to our demographics. Onboarding was quick and efficient and our rep even offered to create our first templates.
