What do you like best about HiThrive?

I really appreciate how HiThrive has changed the way our team is motivated and how rewards are given. It was difficult to manage this with team members scattered globally, but now we can choose our own rewards, and it's great to see teammates recognizing each other with shout outs and incentives. I value that HiThrive offers diverse options in every country for using rewards and points. I also like how easy it is to give shout outs through Slack, as HiThrive integrates well with Slack, which we use daily. The website is intuitive and easy to use, and I can see my points through Slack without needing to visit the website. The initial setup was easy, especially with the Slack integration. What do you dislike about HiThrive?

What do you like best about HiThrive?

It's a really simple way to recognize our co-workers and also to gamify the process! It's also great that it can be integrated with Slack, so I don't necessarily need to log in to give a shoutout to my colleagues. It's also very easy to exchange the points or cash it in! What do you like best about HiThrive?

I like that HiThrive is easy to navigate. I also enjoy the use of GIFs and how it's compatible with Teams, which makes it easy to recognize team members on either platform. What do you like best about HiThrive?

I really like the integration with Slack and appreciate that HiThrive is available in a wide list of countries. There are also a lot of options to redeem points(from cash-out to merch shop), which I find quite beneficial. Our team values the ability to easily share points between people, allowing not only them to recognize employees, but also allowing the HR team to do it. The initial setup was really easy, and the support from HiThrive was great, with a lot of helpful onboarding and setup calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiThrive?

We would like to have an approval flow for sharing points. It's really important for our company to enable every employee to nominate someone to receive points, and the budget holder can approve the nomination or maybe change the amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also enjoy the variety of brands offered in the rewards, with many popular and mainstream options that make the gift cards accessible to whatever I need.
