I really like the integration with Slack and appreciate that HiThrive is available in a wide list of countries. There are also a lot of options to redeem points(from cash-out to merch shop), which I find quite beneficial. Our team values the ability to easily share points between people, allowing not only them to recognize employees, but also allowing the HR team to do it.
