What do you like best about Hirewell?

this is a hard one. there really is not much other than I wish they standardized their templates, processes, and engagement across each department. I think consistency is key, and they can do a bit better here. But overall amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hirewell provides the best experience possible and takes all the stress away during times of uncertainty when you are at the very beginning of your journey to the next job. I am lucky to be working with Hirewell on both sides - as a candidate being interviewed by a Company and within a Company that hires people through Hirewell.

I would like to specifically mention Molly Hansen - an absolute rockstar, an expert on every detail of a professional opportunity she is working on currently. Molly is always on time for all your calls and meetings, t never takes more than a few minutes to get a reply for your email or even a text message, Molly's calendar is always available for a quick call in case of a time-sensitive matter.

The way Molly guides people through the interview process is something very special. Molly would give you a quick call before and after every interview step - just to make sure you have all your questions resolved and to provide you with a few tips for being interviewed by a particular person. And you would get all the feedback in a timely manner for every step of the process.
