They responded and I was connected with Allison Burch and in no time she was connecting me with worthwhile opportunities that matched my skillset and career objectives. Scheduling and organizing phone calls and interviews is not one of my strong suits and having Allison on my team was instrumental in me getting the perfect job. She was finding interviews for me, coaching me through them, and helping me get prepared for them. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any recruiter and I hope to connect with her again next time I need a job, but I firmly believe that I will not be needing a new job anytime soon. During a heavy hiring pushes in 2018 and 2019, we leaned on Hirewell's market expertise in multiple domains to ramp up our search efforts quickly and start interviewing candidates. **What do you like best about Hirewell?** Long term successful talent acquisition requires a strong match for both the team hiring and a candidate's motivations. Hirewell did a great job accurately sharing our employee value proposition and was committed to finding a great match for all involved. I've worked with several staffing agencies over the years, some of which have lost interest on hard to fill roles. Hirewell always stayed committed to the search regardless of the difficulty and advised appropriately to what their team saw in the market so our hiring team could adjust expectations. The Hirewell team brings strong market knowledge, collaboration, and dedication to the hiring process. **What do you dislike about Hirewell?** There is very little to dislike about the partnership with Hirewell. Staffing agencies have a difficult job managing recruitment funnels and pace, especially as candidates reach onsite stages of interviews. Recruiter time should be spent wisely, and recruiting for a role that is seemingly close to the finish line doesn't always seem pragmatic. Hirewell made an effort to keep higher stages of the funnel progressing as other candidates reached onsite interviews, but at times I would have liked to see more candidates ready for the next stage, especially if onsite interviews didn't yield a hire. **What problems is Hirewell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vivid Seats has an in-house recruitment team that handles the majority of all of our external recruiting. During periods of high volume hiring, we lean on Hirewell to execute quickly on searches and accurately represent our brand to the talent market. ### 6. I received great interview experience and Jon was along for the ride entirely. About two weeks ago I get a call. Now, I'm working a sales job I found on my own for the time being and the time went when Jon called me. He asked if I was still in the market, told me about a great company in the Loop as he does and set up an interview for the next day. A week later I started a job in my field and couldn't be happier. I was looking for Hirewell and Jon to help me find work where I work best and saying they delivered in an understatement. **What do you like best about Hirewell?** Using Hirewell could be totally different for everyone's own experience. Jon is a feature of Hirewell that I can say I like most about the company. I'm sure Hirewell hires well on their own internal side. Anyways, Jon included me in everything. He asked questions, the right questions, the kinds of questions you know will benefit the job finding process. That's all you can ask for in someone like Jon's position. **What do you dislike about Hirewell?** I don't have much to dislike about Hirewell or the process I was involved in. Sure, when Jon sent me on two great interviews right off the bat and I didn't land either I was discouraged but that wasn't Hirewell at fault. Again, not much to dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Hirewell:** Consider using Hirewell more strongly. Allow the person you work with to do their job and trust them. Be open and honest to who it is you work with at Hirewell because eventually they will paint a really bright picture of you. They have the resources, connections and whatever it is you may need to find the best possible work for you. You can do this on your own but it's going to be harder - consider that and consider why you're looking for a career in the first place. **What problems is Hirewell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Professionally I don't have a ton of problems. I'm a capable learner who's eager to succeed. Jon and Hirewell have only made me realize that more. Personally, I'm conflicted with Chicago winters as most of us are. A couple of my friends, most of them, have moved out of the state and I'm considering that as well. Jon and my time with Hirewell gave me an outline to follow if I use an agency like this elsewhere. I know what to look for in someone trying to help me find a job both of us know I can do. ### 20.
