I let her know and a few weeks later, i get the news so she sets up some interviews very quickly and within 2-3 weeks, I'd gone through 3 rounds of interviews and received an offer! She's the only recruiter who actually ever kept her word on actually getting back to me when she promised and words can't explain how appreciated that is! After my initial screening with him, he was honest with me and told me that I wouldn't be a fit for the job that he initially wanted to place me with. I appreciated the honesty and didn't really expect to hear from him again. Within a few hours he called me back with several opportunities that he thought I WOULD be a good fit for. He provided feedback on my resume, and my interview effectiveness. I took his advice on both and immediately saw an increase in interest both from HireWell clients and my own searching. But the sheer quality of jobs that HireWell had access to was astounding. We quickly narrowed me down to a company that I had my sights on, and Brandon personally pushed me through their interview process. He worked with the company to not only get feedback on my interviews but also to accelerate their hiring process with me. I talked to Brandon nearly every day and got an offer at above my asking price, at a company where I am a PERFECT fit, in a record amount of time. Can I give 7 out of 5 stars? **What do you dislike about Hirewell?** Even with my most critical eye, I can not think of one minor thing to nitpick. The entire process of working with Hirewell is the model of how every recruiting agency (especially for tech workers) should archetype themselves after. **What problems is Hirewell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Job hunting is never fun. Companies hate doing it, and Employees hate participating in it. But like death and taxes, we have to deal with it. Hirewell makes it as enjoyable as it possibly can be. If I had to pinpoint one of the best benefits, it is simply communication. When you interview companies, we all know that it is the pit of communication. You go to your interview, and they say, "we will talk soon," at which point you just go home and wait. Weeks or months go by, and you never know what is really happening. With Hirewell I felt like I actually had a pulse on what was going on. Getting hired with my current company felt more like a collaboration than a gauntlet. They gave feedback to me after an interview, and I gave feedback to them. Hirewell was our arbiter. My potential employer knew that I was interested in proceeding, and I got feedback that they were interested in me. Communication was the key. It's the first time I have actually felt transparency during an interview process. ### 18. They took the time to ensure that our team and the candidate was aligned from the start of the process. Jin Bacheller at Hirewell was extremely helpful in all facets of the interview process. He ensured that I was well prepared for each of the interviews, and had a strong understanding of the role. We connected for one role, but as the interview process took time on the employers side, Jin consistently followed up with me, and even provided additional roles based on my interests. Jin was available on all forms of communication, phone call, text, email, LinkedIn etc. and assured me that time between interviews and hire decision was out of our control, but not in jeapordy. When I received the offer Jin was also extremely helpful with negotiating compensation and start dates. Huge win!!! **What do you like best about Hirewell?** Hirewell and Jin's availability! Always responsive and open for questions. **What do you dislike about Hirewell?** Hirewell was a major bright spot in the interview process.
