I've been using HireoQuick for the past six months, and it has completely transformed our hiring process. The customized white-label Career Portal allows us to showcase our company culture vividly, attracting top-notch candidates. HireoQuick simplifies our hiring process for the ad-hoc situation in application development/maintainence outsourcing domain. Some of the challanges that HireoQuick resolves for us:

-We use their built-in set of question papers (which saves our considerable time) while assessing 1st level of candidate screening.

-It makes our remote hiring process faster and tamper proof as it's AI-Proctoring prevents malpractices that happen during interview round.

Being an early-stage startup we wanted to showcase the best out of our startup and attract the best talent. The biggest problem we faced was screening, picking the best applications, and moving ahead with the round. We worked closely with Pramesh to make the solution fit our use case and the best features I liked were:

1. Evaluating the engineers based on the AI questions which were super relevant

2. Easy access to the database with the relevant feedback

Even though the question bank was extensive, it could have covered multiple aspects of the language, which would be great.

I like how Hireoquick helps me streamline all our recruitment efforts and helps us hire top quality candidates.
