One challenge we've encountered with Hireology is its lack of integration with our HRIS system. This creates extra manual work for our team, especially during the onboarding process, as we have to duplicate data entry and manage information across multiple platforms. While Hireology does a great job with applicant tracking and communication, better integration with our HRIS platform would significantly improve workflow efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
