**What do you like best about Hirefly FastTrack?**

FastTrack integrates with our ATS (Greenhouse - very easy implementation) and buckets our applicants by the best fit, borderline, and not good fit. Right now we have so many inbound applicants that we're getting through Linkedin (200-500 for some roles), and it's so labor-intensive to go through all of them manually. FastTrack lets us go faster and more accurate! The Hirefly team has been awesome to work with - they are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Hirefly FastTrack?**

Nothing yet to dislike... If I had to pick something though I'd say that it'd be even better if it could 'read' through our custom application questions. They say they are working on it though and will be available soon!
