**Describe the project or task HireClix helped with:**

We have had a partnership for over 8 years, so we have done a lot of things together.  They helped guide an  RFP for our ATS, we work monthly on digital advertising and talent attraction strategies. They also help negotiate all of our large contracts, this alone has saved us thousands of dollars.

**What do you like best about HireClix?**

The partnership is like no other - they know our business and our candidate.  Most importantly, unlike other agencies,  they do not own any of the products they are trying to sell.  This means they can provide an object advice when helping you select vendors and with their expertise in the market they match the product to the needs of the business.

**What do you dislike about HireClix?**

There is not anything I dislike. We have built a strong partnership, and I can't think of any areas of opportunity.

**Recommendations to others considering HireClix:**

Do it - you will not regret it, our partnership feels like we work at the same company.  When we get on the phone, we have the same goals and are looking for the same outcome.  They are constantly thinking about new ways to support our business and seem to always be one step ahead.

**What problems is HireClix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have ensured we are spending our recruitment marketing budget in the most effective places.  We have been able to increase candidate traffic and lower our cost per hire.
