"Great HR to AD Automation Software"

What do you like best about Hire2Retire?

This is a very easy to use product when configuring and implementation with the team was great. The team are very reseptive to feedback and implementing new ideas that you would like to see. Very quick responses on questions and very knowledgeable on how the product works.

What do you dislike about Hire2Retire?

Web interface can be slow when adding a large amount of rules but is very minor.

What problems is Hire2Retire solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is automating onboarding, moves, and terminaitions. No more manual AD moves or misconfigurations.

"Outstanding onboarding experience and ongoing support"

What do you like best about Hire2Retire?

Hire2Retire has saved a ton of time and eliminated the opportunity for human error in user provisioning and terminations. The RoboMQ team was awesome throughout our onboarding phase and continues to provide excellent customer service any time we want to make a change or update.

What do you dislike about Hire2Retire?

Nothing to dislike here - I wish we had found this solution sooner!

Streamline hire to retire process, that enabled a better ability monitor employee attendance.

Configuration for username setup, as synergcy between ADP and AD is not easy to establish.

"Hire2Retire makes onboarding and offboarding easy."

What do you like best about Hire2Retire?

Hire2Retire takes care of all the repetitive parts on onboarding and offboarding. When I have specific needs that are odd or unusual it is surprising how quickly a solution is crafted, or a new feature is added. The technical team is responsive and easy to work with.

What do you dislike about Hire2Retire?

When I attempt to update automation and transform configuration myself, it rarely works as expected until I contact support. They wave their magic wand, and it starts working. It would be nice if I could self-service a bit better.

IT allows our HR system to be the source of truth and automate many onboarding and offboarding processes.

What do you dislike about Hire2Retire?

It is a bit limited to how it communicates to certain services for cost (api costs are significantly more expensive than scheduled datafile imports)

"These guys will do everything to help you get what you need"

What do you like best about Hire2Retire?

Extremely dedicated support team assigned to your account. They will do the impossible to accommodate your needs and customizations. We needed to integrate UKG Pro with our environment (hybrid Microsoft AD + Entra AD) and it works like a charm. Plenty of options to automate what would take a lot of time if done manually.

What do you dislike about Hire2Retire?

So far, so good. We had a few things that were not natively supported by Hire2Retire but their team made some custom adjustments to make it work for us.

What problems is Hire2Retire solving and how is that benefiting you?

our HRMS system is UKG Pro. Our HR team uses it to everything that is related to users (ID, name, address, phone number, department, etc.). HR needed to send our IT team an email everytime a new user was added to their system. Also, when some changes happened (change of title, manager, departement, office, etc.). Same thing when an employee is leaving the company. So, everytime they do somethig in the HRMS system, we need to take actions based on the info we get. With Hire2retire, we were able to automatize all these process, make sure there were no errors, send alerts when action X is needed or done, etc.

Now, it's a lot easier for us to do all these tasks since most of them are now done automatically. We can use our time working on stuff with added values instead.

"Intuitive and Reliable for Employee Management"

What do you like best about Hire2Retire?

I find Hire2Retire very intuitive and easy to use. When I have questions, RoboMQ support is fantastic.

What do you dislike about Hire2Retire?

Hire2Retire does a great job managing our employee accounts. Transfers and rehires don't work in every situation, but that's due to complexity in our system configuration. Simplifying our overly complex environment is the real solution to make those work, so that's not a downfall of Hire2Retire in my opinion.

What problems is Hire2Retire solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Hire2Retire for managing employee lifecycles, including new user account creation, account updates, and disabling terminated user accounts.

"Hire2Retire made our lives easier with new hires!"

What do you like best about Hire2Retire?

Hire2Retire enabled us to connect our HRIS (BambooHR) to Microsoft Azure to automate new hire onboarding. When I new hire is added to BambooHR - within minutes they have a profile set up on Azure for us to begin getting their laptops ready. The feature to automate hiring emails is fantastic too, so new hire information (customized) is shared to IT, Managers, etc. We use the tool every day and it has made this much easier.

What do you dislike about Hire2Retire?

The UI could be improved, and as a non-technical user it took some getting used to, but once I understood and started using the functionality it's fairly easy to update as processes change internally. It's not a dislike, but rather a tip for other users who may be in HR (vs. IT), to involve your IT team early and on every call. We made some errors early on in implementation by misunderstanding a few things (on our side) which slowed down implementation.

What problems is Hire2Retire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Update as of 4/2026 - We continue to see time savings through the use of Hire2Retire.
