I found Hire with Near to be incredibly valuable because they provide very skilled and highly reliable candidates who are some of the best I've worked with. I love that they offer video interviews along with the candidates. They are extremely attentive and responsive, placing candidates very quickly. Their ability to present high-quality candidates and place them in a role within weeks, sometimes days, is impressive. They also help if anything arises during an employee's tenure; for example, they helped us find a quick replacement when needed.
