"An excellent solution. It has everything we need."

What do you like best about HintEd?

We were looking for a solution that would enable users to increase their usage of our web platform and understand everything the tool allowed them to do.

In this search, we came across several solutions, but none really met all of our requirements. Above all, we were looking for a solution that was easy to set up because the configuration was not handled by the systems team.

Hinted allowed us to have everything set up literally within 1 day. Today, it is a tool that we are using across all our web platforms, and it has significantly increased user adoption as well as satisfaction while reducing tickets related to questions about system usage.

What do you dislike about HintEd?

The solution has no drawbacks. It truly resolves everything that is needed, and the support team is top-notch. They helped us clear up all our doubts at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HintEd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our solution is a web platform for after-sales management. One of our clients has over 100 users. We constantly received tickets or complaints from users that were actually related to either not knowing how to use the product properly or not taking the time to understand it.

Although it's a very intuitive solution, users were still not interacting correctly.

The result was user dissatisfaction, very low system adoption, and a high likelihood of losing the contract.

Hinted helped us in a very straightforward way to implement a solution, literally from one day to the next, that assists users in understanding and interacting with the platform, leading to increased adoption and a decrease in the number of tickets related to usage issues. "Super effective tool for enterprise software"

What do you like best about HintEd?

We use HintEd in several business departments for different needs. Mostly for educating employees to work with software. For a new employee it's often not so easy to start using our internal tools: we had a lot of handbooks and user manuals that are out-of-date, and webinars, offline and online trainings are still not effective. Every new software implement needs preparing new training materials and we spend months getting everybody know how to work with it. HintEd helped us to deploy new systems and features faster and make training for users just with several clicks. It is super effective tool for enterprise software. I highly recommend HintEd!
