**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I love that I can always have my contact information ready to share at a moment’s notice. One feature I especially appreciate is the ability to create multiple cards within my account. People often ask for my husband’s contact information—he’s a family law attorney—so I created a card for him as well. Now I can share his details just as easily whenever someone needs them.

I also really like the product’s UI/UX. It’s intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate, making the experience seamless from start to finish. The performance has been excellent, and sharing information is quick and reliable. Overall, it’s a convenient, professional solution that I highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

So far, I haven’t found anything to dislike. The setup process was straightforward and only took a few minutes to get up and running. Sharing my information has been simple and seamless, and I haven’t experienced any issues with usability or performance. Overall, it has been a very smooth and positive experience.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product solves several common challenges that come with traditional business cards. I no longer have to worry about running out of cards or realizing I've forgotten to restock them before an event or meeting. It also eliminates the wear and tear that physical cards experience from being carried in a purse, wallet, or pocket. With a virtual business card, my contact information is always available, professional, and easy to share whenever I need it.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I really like that HiHello looks clean and blocky in the email. Compared to my peers, whose email signatures are often disjointed and all over the place, I appreciate the consistency of mine with HiHello. It just makes me look more professional, like I'm actually a business rather than just someone working for a company. I also think it shows that I'm putting myself out there, doing something different, and making my own decisions.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I just find it kinda hard to share and kinda clunky. To get people to, like, do the QR code thing. People don't necessarily have it, and it's like, I'm not really trying to pitch somebody at a convention per se. So people kinda rely on the physical cards more so. And I think it'd be kinda cool if there was, like, some compatibility so that you guys made it look like perfect so that I could put, like, my headshot and everything. Like, on a card and then have a QR on the back, and maybe that would be, like, what converted them to HiHello.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HiHello to build trust by including it in my email signature, which helps in collecting sensitive information more securely. It also gets people to trust me quicker in the insurance space.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I really like HiHello because it allows me to create a digital business card easily, which is user-friendly and fast. I can share it effortlessly with employers, individuals, and corporations, which is a big help for marketing. I appreciate being able to include various services I offer on my card, making it easier for customers to see my offerings and even book appointments. The initial setup was extremely easy, I'd rate it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I haven't run into anything yet that doesn't work well for me. I do wanna say that as far as the emailing, I have not gotten that down packed yet inside of HiHello. I normally just share my card, but I'm also wanting to learn more about the tools of how I can email my card from inside HiHello. I've tried it once before, but I didn't quite understand it. I will try that again. Nothing that cannot be an easy fix, so it's not really a problem.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I really like the accessibility and convenience of HiHello. It's nice to always have it on me as a backup when I don't have a physical business card. It's easy to pull up and very accessible for my patients to find me. It makes HiHello valuable, especially since I never know when I might run into potential clients or patients. Once set up, the use afterwards has been pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I think we could do a better job with our business card and routing patients to a better place so they can easily make appointments. It's more on our end of utilizing the app and technology correctly.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiHello is my go-to backup for when I don't have a physical business card. It's super convenient and accessible for me and my patients, making it easy for them to find me anytime.

Love my HiHello cards! I actually have a business and a personal card. I use them daily for my business, and then when I have a personal interaction, I have the ease of sharing my personal information as well.

I don't think there is anything I can say really say that is not helpful, and as far as downsides?....I don't have anything.

It solves me digging for a card when I run into someone. It also solves having to have a a ton of cards at open houses because most people do not like paper cards. Plus I love the fact that when I share my card with them, most of the time they go in and set up an account and share their information back.

It serves as a central repository for the many business cards I have, covering both personal contacts and different business profit centers, along with the information on those cards that can be shared.

Sharing the card isn’t as smooth a process as I’d like. Recipients are usually not familiar with it, and I don’t want to have to teach them or get into a long discussion just to share it.

I really like the flexibility of HiHello, it's especially useful for sharing my business card. It's a very easy-to-use app, as it doesn't matter if I use an Android or Apple device, because sharing with the QR code is simple and any device can read it. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy because it was already preconfigured.

Being able to integrate it with Google Wallet or iPhone Wallet would be the fastest.

The reliability and simplicity of sharing my business card during meetings, on trips, or at trade shows is a game changer. The effect on my prospects and partners is striking every time.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I would like to be able to fill out a personal form by creating a database of personal information and be able to select all the business cards where I want to display the information. This would allow entering the information only once and having all my business cards up to date. I would also like to be able to integrate my contacts with Google Contact or my CRM Odoo.

The simplicity in managing my business cards knowing that I have multiple activities. Having to juggle multiple roles, I can give my contact or the details I want to a person.

The field options are great as they allow me to share a lot of information in one place for my combined businesses. The widget feature on my phone makes for quick and easy sharing. Overall, great product and very user-friendly.

I honestly haven't experienced any downsides. I've explored a few options, and HiHello meets my needs as intended and expected.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiHello makes it easy to have all my contacts in one place. I'm able to exchange information in unexpected situations without missing opportunities. I rarely need hard, bulky business cards and don't have to worry about carrying them around. I had a situation that required me to change my business number. Thankfully, I can quickly and easily update my information, which saved me a lot of money compared to printing business cards every time a change is made.

The ease of just scanning the QR code, so we don't have to carry a whole box of cards around LoL. Also, the custom information you can put down so folx can connect with you multiple ways and on multiple platforms.

I wish we could see what the whole card looks like zoomed out on the app.

Again, it's solving the problem of large companies having to by 100 business card for each employee whether it's 5 or 500. Not saying I don't see the benefit of both, because some folx still want a physical card, but most can scan the information and save it for later.

I like how HiHello has saved me paper and reduced costing in printing for my business. I also appreciate the ability to incorporate my QR code on a company background automatically. The admin can upload the backgrounds, and I can select the image background I want and download it. The initial setup was easy, and it reduces time in creating digital business cards since I don't have to use two platforms anymore.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I don't like that the offline mode doesn't have a space to pre-save the contacts. It would be nice for the app to have an offline contact listing instead of adding directly to my phone.

HiHello has saved me paper and reduced printing costs in my business. It combined our need for designing business cards and generating QR codes, saving time and simplifying the process.

I like HiHello for its ease of setup and sharing business info at networking events. The app doesn’t spam people I share my contact with (like other apps I’ve tried) and the recipients are not forced to download the app in order to receive my contact info. The email and in-app followup reminders are helpful and I can save the contacts shared with me to my phone’s address book.

wish more customizations were available without premium account

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, I was reluctant to have business cards printed because I always felt the short-life of the cards as wasteful. With the digital app, someone who I want to have my info has an immediate way of contacting me, rather than relying on not dropping the paper card from their event notebook or having to manually enter contact info into my phone’s contacts app at the end of a socializing event. HiHello is neurodivergent-friendly!

I find HiHello super easy to use. It creates a great user experience when sharing contact information and allows for a depth of information to be shared seamlessly. I also like that on the email signature side, it creates a trackable channel to gauge engagement, which has been really useful. This makes it much easier to expose new people to event sign-up prompts. The initial setup was seamless, the prompts were great, and the how-to documents were all up to date.

I would love a little bit more flexibility overall with templates. I think that's basically it. It's just a little bit more creative freedom.

I like how simple HiHello is. Easy to add my branded colors as well as information/data to.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I don't like how many steps it takes for someone scanning the business card to download and save my contact. Once they scan it should be a simple process to add my contact to their's no matter the device. Only after that is completed should it request the scanner to also utilize the HiHello system. Many times the you can make a free card too comes up and the person scanning my card doesn't complete the download of my contact due to the HiHello ad interruption. So I lose out on capturing their information and they don't capture mine.

HiHello makes it incredibly easy to share my contact information instantly without worrying about printing cards or running out. I love that I can update my details in real time and everyone always has the most current information. It also looks polished and professional when networking.

The free version has some limitations in customization and advanced features. Occasionally, people unfamiliar with digital cards hesitate to engage, especially in more traditional settings. I also wish there were more design flexibility options without upgrading.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I like the ease of use that HiHello offers. The administrator platform is great because, as a personal user, I can build my own card while also having the ability to create cards for everyone as an administrator. It ensures that everyone has a consistent layout and all aspects of the business cards are uniform. The aesthetics are really nice and align with a design we would have created ourselves. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, taking only between thirty minutes to one hour, which is a fraction of the time it would have taken to design things manually.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

What is missing is how to make letterheads, with the same logo, with the same kind of aesthetics. So it would be nice to have a thing that you can export in that. PowerPoint or in Google Docs or Microsoft Docs to have everything consistent across the line.

I use HiHello to create modern digital business cards, making it easy to add people and maintain a consistent look for everyone. The ease of designing and administering cards is great, along with the appealing aesthetics.

I love how HiHello allows me to have my contact information and professional headshot added directly to my friends' contact lists. It represents me very professionally, and it ensures that my information is saved in their phone, eliminating the risk of them forgetting me. I also like that the setup was super easy. Additionally, having my picture makes a huge difference because even if they have multiple contacts with the same name, they can easily recognize who I am.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I find the current way of sharing information through HiHello a bit uncomfortable. I have to work with my phone, go to the app, and then share my information with others. This process can take a little extra time, and I don't feel comfortable with others watching my screen. I'd prefer a physical card, maybe with a chip, barcode, or QR code, to share my information more easily without relying on my phone.

This is the most convenient business card I’ve ever owned. It makes exchanging information much easier, and it doesn’t get lost the way most old-school paper business cards do.

I wish there were more features for things like taking notes, recording different contacts, and maybe even setting a reminder to follow up with someone. That would be especially useful in my field as a salesperson.

In my case, it solves the awkwardness of asking people for their phone number. It’s much easier to simply say, “Let me send you my digital business card.” Also, the fact that it automatically stores their contact information is a nice perk.

At the moment, there’s nothing I dislike. I’m genuinely very happy with the product overall.

First and foremost, I like the convenience.  I never remember to carry business cards with me, but I always have my phone. Most recently, I connected with other educators at a conference and many were impressed by being able to simply scan my phone to get my contact information.  I also enjoy that I have the ability to have both a professional and personal electronic business card.  Being able to personalize the card with our colors and logos is also a wonderful bonus! Having bought this for my entire team, it was very easy to purchase for each member and share it with them.

At this time, I would just say the layout.  There are only a couple options and it would be nice to have more layout choices.

I would like the ability to have all of my information on my card, but only limited information on my email signature. Its possible I haven't figured out how to do this yet.  The email signature template I most like doesn't seem to allow for alternations.

It's a good tool. Some of the designs lack howerver. For example I paid the$8 dollars so I can use my company colors and the design I use only inputs them into the buttons. There is no background etc for the colors to run on unless I use classic or one of the other designs that I don't want. I might as well go back to free.

We love the email signatures as they've helped standardize our branding in written communications. The mobile app is very helpful instead of having carry paper cards, and it allows you to collect contacts from paper cards you receive. It gives for a really professional presentation and is less clunky than trying to share a LinkedIn QR code.

We had an issue in production with our pilot with data being deleted on the vendor side. That issue was resolved, however.

I have been using HiHello for about four months, mainly to include my personal information and my photo in the signature of my emails. I especially like the HiGLV format, as I find it looks nice and professional. Additionally, I find that the setup of HiHello is quite intuitive and easy, which has made the initial experience with the software positive.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

It seems to me that HiHello is not very useful for me because in Latin America we use WhatsApp a lot to share contacts. The effort of scanning the QR code seems unnecessary since we end up using WhatsApp as a direct communication channel. I also think that HiHello should improve its functionality to offer more than just scanning QR codes and saving contacts, as there are other tools available that do the same and provide a direct communication channel.

HiHello does not solve specific problems for me. I just like the format of the signature footer it uses, although I consider the QR functionality not very useful as I prefer using WhatsApp to share contacts.

It is so easy to update, and convenient to use. I was introduced to HiHello at a National conference, trying to clumsily text in contact information. I don’t like how difficult it can be to pull up the app if you have bad cell service. While you can prepare by downloading the offline version in advance, you don’t always know you’ll need it until you’re in the moment.
