It's not a dislike but maybe more of a help. The card or maybe a link to a landing page would really be a nice touch.

I ran into a former student-athlete of mine who is now a working professional. We decided to set up a meeting with some of her colleagues and she shared her contact info with me using ‘HiHello’. I had never heard of this brand before and I tried a few others. This app was very user friendly for a first time user.  I created multiple profiles to be able to share with others respectively.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

To this point I haven’t had anything negative except that others aren’t using it.

It takes the place of having to carry old business cards.

I like that I can create multiple cards so that I have a different card for each position I hold. I work as a contractor and wear multiple hats. Having a digital card for myself as a consultant, my current contracted role, and other customizable options really help when sharing out contact information.
I really like the customizable Zoom backgrounds it creates too because they allow me to have a clean background and my information easily displayed.

There's really nothing I dislike. HiHello has been a great app and website.

Highly customizable, easy to share, does everything that you expect, I tried so many other apps before this but their promises never matched their app features, and most things were hidden behind paywalls, HiHello gives you a range of advanced features right out of the gate, and make you want to move to their premium features organically. Great solution, highly recommend that everyone uses this!

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

Nothing, the app is just too damn good. Maybe one minor thing that can improve is while adding features to your business card, found the process a bit unintuitive at times, but once I figured it out, worked like a charm.

Ease of sharing your contact information, eliminates the need to have a physical business card entirely, storing other people's information from their digital or physical business cards.

Having “unlimited” business cards has come in handy more times than I like to admit. Having an app like HiHello to quickly share contact info for either of my two businesses OR my personal contact, depending on the person is amazing!  It’s also a great conversation starter. Being the first time many people have seen this technology leaves a great, UNFORGETTABLE first impression!

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

There is nothing I “dislike” about HiHello. It would be great if they offered physical cardboard business cards with NFC as well.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Never missing out on a prospect due to not having traditional business cards is simply priceless.

Some features are behind a paywall that you must subscribe to, so you as a business need to decide how you'd like to integrate it into your regular flow.

I love it... I use the email signature, the cards and the backgrounds. Game changer on getting my customers my info while talking with them.

nothing that I dislike. I do wish that there was a form option. I would like to be able to send them a link for more than just their contact info. In my profession I need name, address, phone, birthday, and email from them. I would love an option to get that info.

while on the phone I can send them over my card and have them save my info right to their device for future reference. Also helps my credibility with them being able to see all my info and a picture of me.

As a designer, I appreciate the ability to customize the card and profile. It offers linking for websites and relevant articles. I love how quick I can pull up the QR code, whether it’s from my watch or from my Lock Screen, it really gives me confidence that I won’t be fumbling to retrieve my contact information the next time I need it.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I wish there was a way to resize some of the text. For example, the email I have on my card Is cut off at the end on my email signature, causing the “om” of .com to appear on the second line. I don’t like this look and wish that I was able to shrink the text so that it only appeared on one line.

It offers me a better alternative to business cards, which just end up getting lost. Now all my contacts on in one convenient place. Which streamlines productivity.

They have a vast number of free features that I particularly enjoy like their ability to insert a brand logo on a card, free unlimited card generation and the ease of use on the overall app.

There is nothing to dislike about it other than when people don't know what it is. Once they understand how it works, it makes sense instantly.

The problem of not having a physical business card on me at all times. Also, it takes care of the planet by not having to print as many cards. It is also cost saving using the free version of it.

Very simple and the pricing is reasonable across the board I love it. I dont even need to rpint physical copies, and even than it instantly opens up phone number refferals and so much more before clients even get to know me

One thing i noticed and maybe im using a small feature version, but having multiple photos like a 3-5 slide glance adds appeal and transparency

The forced advertisement on my clients/potential clients when they share their contact info with me. I pay for premium service and every single person I share my contact with is force to close out HiHello ad to see my card again...absolute BULLSHIT. They don't tell you this upfront and conventional wisdom would say the ads go away once you subscribe to the paid version....but NOPE. Very unprofessional and unusable in a business setting.

It's great not to have to ship business cards to the conferences we attend and then run out when you hand them out throughout the events. HiHello makes it easy to personalize your contact information, share it with attendees or anyone you meet, and digitize the conference lead follow-up experience. My manager quickly set me up with my account and customized it for the different conferences we attend, where we use it constantly!

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

There isn't too much I would want to change about HiHello. We have only used the digital business card and email signature tools, so we haven't explored everything they offer. If the rest of their products are like those two, I wouldn't change much!

Makes it easy to digitize and personalize our marketing campaigns for events, product announcements, and big company news. It saves us a lot of time and saves us money from not printing and shipping paper business cards.

HiHello has been a game changer for me when it comes to networking and client acquisition. Gone are the days of handing them a card that they will lose.  Not only does the app ensure they have my info on hand but also provide me a way to collect contacts to follow up as needed. It has improved my contact and conversion rates by 40%.

I love the way my digital business card looks. It's simple, but also looks professional. I love that I can add a photo, and that I have the option to add other links such as social handle and website. It looks and feels very modern. It's also super easy to use. I also like that I can add both a work business card and a personal one.

I haven't found anything to dislike so far. The app is very user-friendly and easy to work with.

I got it because of the integration with outlook but it is not working properly and there are a lot of extra steps for the email signatures to who up  and even with those extra steps I still have people that the signature is not working.

I explained this to my project mananger and she was going to ge back to me and I have not heard from her in 2 weeks. I won't renew if this does bnot get solved.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

HiHello allows us to provide business cards for our employees. It is easy to download and intuitive to send and receive cards to contacts. The organization is able to limit the editing of certain fields, which is helpful for accuracy. It even comes with the ability to create customized zoom backgrounds and email signatures, which link back to the card.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

My immediate team has taken on HiHello and enjoyed using its features, but I am unsure if the buy-in across the entire organization is high. I do not think this is a HiHello issue, however I do wonder what support is provided to boost implementation.

HiHello is solving for the need to print business cards, especially in an organization with much movement of people and renaming of functions.

This product is a must-have for your formal introduction.  I love the ability to instantly send my information digitally. Not to mention customization with pictures, colors, logo, tags, and different profiles. This product is not hard to use at all! Just put the app on your phone, follow the simple setup instructions, and you are in business. Now you can give out multiple cards without the printing expense, allowing for constant use. This product is easily integrated into your daily routine with a simple QR Code action of a simple scan with your camera.

I can use the app for my business when I'm short on business cards or forget them altogether. The seamless sharing of digital business cards is impressive, and setting it up was quick with just a small learning curve. It also helps streamline operations by easily directing applicants to our website while on the field.

I am frustrated by the speed at which HiHello connects to the app when there is poor cell service. When I have no signal, the app doesn't work as well and this has caused inconvenience on a few occasions.

I love how well known HiHello was at a networking event I went to over a year ago. I immediately downloaded it and used it in the same event. It was easy to download and plug in my business info and links. I love that the app allows you to download contact information directly into someone’s phone. It’s my go to networking tools when I’m out in public running errands or at a networking event. Highly recommended!

When you go to download contact info into someone else’s phone it’s not always seamless.
