I like that HiHello is simple and user-friendly. That platform is intuitive and makes sharing digitall business cards quick. It didn't require any complex setup. Our marketing team showed us what to do in minutes. I just used it at a conference and it made the whole information exchange very hassle -free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't used it for long enough to dislike anything. My company mainly got it for when we go to conferences. While I do think the application is great, I don't have that much need for it in my day-to-day activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HiHello is a great way to share your information quickly and efficiently with new contacts. I found out about HiHello when I was at the National Science Teaching Association. I love that you can create several cards for different types of contacts and you can integrate with the contacts in your phone. It was easy to get started with the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see more customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has given myself, and our team the ability to share access to contact information on the go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There has been nothing that we have disliked about the platform or product so far. We are in the first year of implementation, but at this point do not see any issues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I meet someone I'd like to connect with, I can easily show them my phone and HiHello prompts them to create a contact for me. Its quick and I have a better rate of engagement with using this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I have it on my Home Screen, the QR code times out and I have to open the app every so often to reset it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing is that it works, obviously. It's simple, works, technilogically not too complicated so I can see it being somewhat usable for people otherwise not up to date on technology systems.I did like the business card scanning feature. Easy to implement across a company and I'm sure somewhat cheaper as opposed to issuing new cards any time there's a promotion or hiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like having another app on my phone. I don't think having the QR code on a virtual meeting background makes sense, given the person already joined my meeting so they must have my contact. I don't like the separate contact list, however, in the app. Whenever I use it, it feels like I'm selling this product, instead of just giving someone my business card. In large groups or conferences, it's much easier to hand out multiple cards to people at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that all the information is there. It looks professional and information can be customized to adjust the needs of employees and the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike the app or program itself, but it seems slow adoption is not enabling it's full potential Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple and straightforward design. Excellent user friendly experience for first timers. No insane amounts of spam emails, ads, or being forced to buy a subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more options for basic card template designs for the free category of users. Three or four more basic options that would fit an entrepenurial or professional aesthetic would allow users to feel more in-tune and in control of the media they share with others. I managed a team for field sales execs and one of the challenges we have is getting numbers off of owners. Often we leave a card but never heard back. The QR code allows then to take a note of the QR codes and then when they save it it gives us their number as well meaning we've gained a number that we didn't have before. Some people that we work with are quite old fashioned and prefer a physical card so they can pass it on to their ops managers / site owners - a saved contact / screenshot of a QR code can often get lost within the phone and info less likely to be passed on by something physical. HiHello makes creating a more unique and personalized business card and email signature as easy as possible. Took minimal effort and the built in gudiance and support make it really fool proof.
The share feature to get your contract info to others is great, regardless of in person and on the go, or via email as a signature box. It really is a great platform.
I am sure there is a lot more it offers and need to unlock all the goodness there is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no real complains about HiHello, except maybe not knowing what the full offering is besides what I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like that it offers a place to pull together all my relevant contact information and web links in one place, offers a few different ways of sharing. The customisation options on the free version are pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wonder if it works better with others who have the app because the way it saves to contacts feels a bit clumsy and adds its own details as part of the information. It would be nice if there was another way to save that doesn't require the app or in the 'phonebook' e.g. to email contacts or as a pdf with the live links. A wider range of shades in the customisation would also be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
