
Besides the fact that their customer support is incredible, the tool is flexible and has allowed us to get the right content to our sellers at the right time! The analytics in the tool also allows us to keep track of who is using what content. We can then decide if it's worth updating that content (when needed) or dump it. We have changed over the span that we have had Highspot. We went through a complete rebrand, organization consolidation, including multiple companies while using this tool. And this tool has allowed us to do so without compromise. When we question how others are utilizing Highspot in a specific way, our account team has reached out to other customers to ask them. This has been a huge help so that we can learn from others. Product updates are done regularly to Highspot, improvements as well as any issues we may come across.
