What do you like best about Highspot?

Besides the fact that their customer support is incredible, the tool is flexible and has allowed us to get the right content to our sellers at the right time! The analytics in the tool also allows us to keep track of who is using what content. We can then decide if it's worth updating that content (when needed) or dump it. We have changed over the span that we have had Highspot. We went through a complete rebrand, organization consolidation, including multiple companies while using this tool. And this tool has allowed us to do so without compromise. When we question how others are utilizing Highspot in a specific way, our account team has reached out to other customers to ask them. This has been a huge help so that we can learn from others. Product updates are done regularly to Highspot, improvements as well as any issues we may come across. What do you dislike about Highspot?

What do you dislike about Highspot?

Limitations on customization on pitch styles/digital rooms. For example, you can only change the size on images by adding additional columns, you can't just resize to what you need. Also, with pitch styles/digital rooms when you make an update to refresh any live links you have to remove and re-add the style for it to update on the live link. What do you like best about Highspot?

I've implemented and launched Highspot at three different companies to date, and each time the benefits are clear: incredibly helpful implementation, support & success staff, thoughtful and innovative feature-set, clear, forward-looking roadmap, and intuitive use by users and admins alike.

Because of this, it has always been incredibly easy to both implement and integrate Highspot into the existing tech stack. The intuitive UI and short learning curve means my reps are in and using the tool quickly, and we enjoy high sustained usage and adoption post-launch. Highspot serves as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, excelling in simplifying the sales process. I can manage all marketing materials, papers for customers, training materials, and product documentation from one place. The integration with Salesforce and Outlook is exceptional and makes adding materials to communications and opportunities simple. I have what I need when I need it, whether it's a brochure, an application note, product specs, or a sales play. Digital sales rooms will be a game changer. I use Highspot on a daily basis. While Highspot is a great tool overall, sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find the exact PowerPoint slides or content I need. The search can be a little time-consuming, especially when I'm in a hurry to prep for a customer meeting. I love using Highspot to see what content I send out is most engaging for customers. I can tell by their engagement what information I send is most helpful. They can use parts and pieces and make something special for their situation while still using approved content. No more wasting precious marcom time creating one-off items the seller can put together themselves. I also love spots - places to educate and link to all the right stuff on a specific topic. For few odd scenarios there is no need to track and email or a pitch, it would be great if Highspot can offer a simple feature to use a document link in an email w/o going through the pitch template.
