**What do you like best about Highspot?**

The ease with which we can make sales or find potential clients so that the necessary solutions can be automatically provided to the user, creating an attractive environment and an effective sale, makes me happy because the system provided complete solutions in the sales process. Additionally, the interface and the tools it offers are very useful, which makes it very simple. Therefore, for us, the application of the system is fundamental and the improvement of our Company's service has been detailed.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

This service has been fundamental for us, providing very attractive solutions in the sales process, therefore we have no negative point regarding the functionality it offers. It has also been very collaborative for us because the interface makes it much simpler. Talk to the user and offer viable solutions because it is very automated and optimal to respond to me immediately. I have no suggestions for improvement because it works very well.

**Recommendations to others considering Highspot:**

I must recommend it because it has worked very well and can work for any type of company, whether small or large, because it is characterized by working optimally and specializes in giving offers and providing great sales results. For me, it has been a very complete software and has given favorable results, I definitely recommend it.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is evident that the solutions offered are very notable as they provide us with an interface where customer service or sales system works smoothly and without any inconvenience, whether through automated bot tools or a customer conversation process. We can use images, audios, videos, or a conferencing system, thus enabling us to capture a potential client and achieve a sale with a variety of tools. It is a very comprehensive and necessary amplified sales system with a very good price, for us the best.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Easy to use, very effective, keeps sales collateral organized, easy for prospects to open, looks clean, I use it everyday after a demo. Way better than sending over a million PDF's

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

A touch challenging to use when new to it. A lot of reps were hesitant to try to because it completely changed their work flow. When you created a new pitch and need to go back and edit it, you really cannot. I found that I need to delete the pitch and start from scratch

Giving resources to prospects in a clean and effective fashion. Quickly viewable by prospects and very organized.

We just rolled it out here at Okta about a year ago, so still new to Highspot and learning quickly. Nothing wrong to say at this point.

Highspot helps ourselves and our customer/prospect base to become more knowledgeable about specific use cases, pain points, customer success stories, and even general product overviews.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

I'm in marketing and responsible for creating a lot of content.  Before HighSpot, our sellers could never find the content we produced, so even though they were excited when we first created it, they couldn't find it when they needed it and soon forgot about it.  Now, they find the content and use it!  What's more, we can see who's consuming what.  Which items are popular and which aren't.  HighSpot informs us about the types of content we need and saves us from creating content that will just collect dust. I love HighSpot!

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

I wish I could see detailed analytics when I'm on a specific asset, rather than having to go to the analytics view. I get high-level usage, but can't see who or how recently people used it.

**Recommendations to others considering Highspot:**

If you don't have a content management system, I definitely recommend you check out HighSpot.  I don't have experience with other content management systems, but compared to a basic cloud storage service, like Box or Google Drive, for sharing docs, this is the real deal.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our content is helping our sellers sell more effectively.  We're not wasting time creating and maintaining content that will never get used. And our sellers spend a LOT less time asking us where things are.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Highspot makes us look like rockstars to my clients by being able to send professional and seemingly tailored resource pages and content after each meeting. It is also perfect for housing all our updated content so we're not sifting through emails, folders, sharepoint or asking 1M colleagues for the updated collateral. I have never been so efficient or so in love with a company platform in my life.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

It takes a bit of time to adjust to the platform functionalities and jargon they use to define attributes within the tool. I will say that they are very great with their trainings and rolling it out with pilot groups certainly helped. Once people can go in and play around in it, you get the hang of it pretty quickly!

You will not regret implementing Highspot whatsoever. It is a gamechanger!

Content consolidation, access to all updated versions of content in one place, ability to be creative with tailored webpages for our prospects and clients and just a generally amazing place for all our content resource needs.

I love having all company collateral and resources in one place separated by department.  Highspot provides a professional touch when it comes to sharing any information with clients. To be able to create a professional pitch or page for your client  with all the follow up and information that they need within minutes and then send it to them in a link instead of a clunky email is ingenious.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

Sometimes I get a little turned around in Highspot but in believe that is just user error and will become easier over time. Its just new and practice makes perfect.

**Recommendations to others considering Highspot:**

If you are tired of asking people for updated information or collateral.  If you are tired of searching your emails and share drives for information. If you are tired of sending huge emails to clients that you know they will never read based on the size.  Then please get Highspot it will change your life.

Just the efficiency of Highspot. Being able to tailor and get more information out to a client in one email than I normally would have been able to.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Tracking the down the most relevant content to send to a client, keeping content organized in one place, and ensuring the content is the most up to date has been an ongoing struggle in the Customer Success Management space. Highspot allows us to not only tackle all of the above, but makes searching for collateral within Highspot an absolute breeze. This is all without mentioning the layout of the actual pitch sent to a client and the professionalism it adds, really boosting the perception of our business. As a new user, these are a few of many things I like best about Highspot but am certain I will come across more as I continue to use the platform. I couldn't recommend it more from what I've seen so far.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

I can't say that I have come across too many dislikes at this point. The first time I sent an actual pitch to a client it did take a bit of extra time to familiarize and feel confident in what I was sending. I would say this is due more to the fact that I am a new user of the tool and less of a dislike about Highspot overall. The ability to preview what you are sending is very helpful in getting started and gaining confidence in what is being sent.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I am solving at this point is the ability to keep collateral organized and in one spot. I cannot express the amount of times we've struggled with keeping our business' content up to date and relevant. I was saving pieces to my inbox folders, desktop folders, forwarding emails to myself with content attached and filing them away - it was impossible to stay organized and I would consider myself a very organized person. Highspot takes all of those frustrations away. It is truly the only platform I have seen that can resolve all of these issues. The client facing pitches sent are so clean and professional looking which reflects back on our business as well. The search function and the way material is organized in Highspot is extremely simple and streamlined. To add to all of the above, you then have the ability to see who is viewing the content you sent which is a huge contributing factor to the success of what we are trying to accomplish.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

We use Highspot to keep our marketing assets organized and up to date and to easily pitch them to potential clients. 

The platform is easy to use. Adding, tagging and updating content is simple -- both from Microsoft Office tools and Google Docs.  Their search function makes it simple to find what you need. I've never "lost" anything on Highspot!

Pitched content looks professional and provides a good experience for our potential clients. I also appreciate their pitch tracking data, so I know who's engaging with our content.

The portal looks good enough that sometimes our Sales team pulls up assets there on calls. 

We've also used some of their tools to create mini client-specific "web sites" with relevant content on them. It's a nice way to create a custom experience within Highspot.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

Some of the features around pitch templates and styles are less intuitive and, therefore, we use them less.

Even though they have a PPT online integration, I've stopped using it to edit our docs. Too many bugs. Luckily Highspot makes it easy to update content via upload or connection to our Google Drive.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Highspot to house, organize and access our growing library of marketing assets.

We also use Highspot to share assets with prospects and track their engagement with those assets as part of our sales process.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Highspot is an excellent visual tool, with a great search engine and very easy-to-use page builder with pre-packaged "widgets" that get you set up and running in minutes! Sellers love seeing what emails and content customers and prospects are engaging with through Highspot's robust analytics.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

I wish my entire company had licenses to Highspot as it would make content so much easier to find for people outside of Sales and Marketing. Other than wanting to have the  "relating" pitches process automatically syncs at the Account and Opportunity levels in Salesforce without having reps manually add that info, there really isn't anything else.  The Highspot team is also always very open to feedback and ideas/next steps/directions for the platform.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great way to manage content and serve it up to Sales, Marketing and any Customer-facing teams and to be able to track both internal and external-customer engagement with content.  We were able to directly relate influenced opportunities and and influenced revenue within the first few months of usage.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Highspot is a very well designed, high quality product.  From an admin perspective, it is easy to organize and classify sales enablement information so that sales can find, understand and use content to help them sell. 

One of the most powerful features is being able to pitch content in different ways and track the external interaction with it. Our sellers love being able to create microsite-like landing pages to share content with prospects in a way that is simple to present and maintain. Being able to track the interaction with content both internally and externally, gives my product marketing team visibility into if and how effective content we develop is.

The service and support we get from Highspot is exceptional. We have weekly team meetings to improve our implementation, increase adoption, plan for user training sessions. This partnership and expertise is of huge value in itself.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

There really isn't much to dislike about Highspot. It would be better if training was a more developed and integrated offering, but I know this is still very new.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Disorganized content. Our previous sales enablement tool could organize content in folders. Highspot organizes content in a similar way called Spots. But the difference is that Highspot is flexible enough to link content between both shared and personal Spots. Highspot understands the reality that concepts are inter-related and can't always be forced into one folder. Moreover, the search functionality is powerful enough to search within content, not just the title or metadata. 

2. Share content externally. Our previous sales enablement tool was only designed for internal consumption. We needed a way for our sellers to actually use the content for their jobs - to show or send content to prospects, rather than download the content onto their computers first. Highspot has helped our sellers find the certified, up-to-date version of content and send it to prospects in a controlled way e.g. can not download the content. 

3. Track and measure interaction. We wanted to understand if content was actually being looked at by prospects or customers. Highspot has insightful analytics that let sellers know how external people interact with their pitches. It also helps admins know who our internal users are using content, so we can ensure the content is useful and fresh.

Highspot is a great platform to manage and house your content. It's an intuitive platform that allows our reps to easily search and find what they're looking for. The ability to limit access to certain pieces of content to particular groups makes it very helpful as we continue to scale as a company.  Highspot is one of the best technologies I've worked with that quickly build and roll out new features that are on their 'roadmap'.

When pitching a PowerPoint out of the Highspot platform, it would be nice if they had a note section available like when doing a deck directly out of PowerPoint.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Highspot, we've been able to stay organized with our content and ensure that our reps are utilizing the most up to date documents. No more sending out old product decks that have since been updated by our Marketing team! Also, since the search feature is great, we no longer have to field as many questions from reps who are looking for our standard content/documents.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Easy to use... configure, manage, and create a unique experience for different segments. The HighSpot team members i've worked with are all fantastic. They are engaged, knowledgeable, and provide best practices and support at an excellent level. The HS community is also a great resource and an engaged group.

Previously, our global offices had documents stored in different places. No one knew if they were using the most up to date, approved, documentation to share both internally and externally. Now, every team member is able to locate the right document for the right scenario with confidence they have the correct one. It has also helped our language support as our documents are created in English and the regional locations translate as needed. Those translated documents would get lost in the constant barrage of updates. Now they know where to locate the document and have a small dedicated team that can translate the document. Lastly, it has limited the instances of the same document being updated by multiple people due to lack of visibility. Now all of the "publishers" can view what is available and reduce work being replicated by multiple users and leading to confusion regarding which document should be used.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

A lack of bulk management in some cases. For example, adding lists and bookmarking multiple docs to multiple spots can be a challenge. For example, if i have to bookmark a document to multiple spots, i can only bookmark one at a time. If i upload multiple documents, and i want to bookmark 2 to one spot, 3 to another spot, these must be done individually.

**Recommendations to others considering Highspot:**

Request a demo asap. Consider how you would like to "tag/categorize/lists" your documents in advance as it would help you in the set up process. Consider "lists" versus new spots.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing and organizing both our internal and customer facing documents. We now have one place to go to which has led to consistent messaging with the most up to date content.

The Highspot platform has brought a new level of transparency, organization, content integrity, and accountability to our company. As a member of the training & development team, the platform's ability to organize our resources in a systematic, intuitive interface that can be completely tailored to our unique needs is fantastic. Additionally, the level of support provided by the Highspot Account Management & Services teams is unparalleled. The have been a fantastic partner to work with, and we are constantly learning from them.

While being able to bookmark and share content across various spots is valuable, it can easily lead to confusion or inconsistencies in reporting.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing Highspot has given us a single source of truth for all of our internal and external content at Terminus. We are able to ensure that the resources our teams are utilizing are approved and up-to-date, and we can leverage usage data and employee feedback to help us maintain the integrity our content database. With Highspot, our go-to-market teams are able to share content with our prospect and customer audiences in a more professional, efficient, and highly trackable way. We've also been able to bring more structure to our employee onboarding and training programs using Highspot's flexible interface and architecture.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

The best function of Highspot is the searching functionality. Since it's able to search through titles and collateral descriptions, it makes finding what you need easier. It also provides an intuitive and straightforward way to build collections of content that are easy to browse. The content analytics that Highspot is able to provide are also very helpful to me as an admin, it allows me to gain a better understanding the content users like to use and what they don't. I also like the Highspot give you the ability to link specific pieces of content to fields in Salesforce, with the hope of giving sellers the content they need without them having to search for it.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

I dislike the Highspot/Confluence integration. Since you can't embed the text of a confluence page within Highspot, users are required to click a link which takes them to confluence. The same goes for the Highspot/MindTickle integration, I wish we had the ability to embed Mindtickle lessons to the point that they could be viewed and completed within Highspot. As of now any MindTickle content linked to Highspot will take users out of Highspot. It's not the worst thing, but adds extra steps to the workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Highspot:**

If you're using google drive or so other folder system, I would highly recommend looking at Highspot as an upgrade to your system. It provides the same search that users are used to on top of filtering. It also delivers in depth analytics that would be useful for anyone trying to refine their content strategy. Our marketing team loves having the insights that come from Highspot. I would also recommend that potential buyers look through their current tech stack and find the opportunities for integration, because that has helped to streamline a lot of our workflows.

We've been able to solve our content management problems using Highspot. Now sellers have confidence about where to go if they're looking for collateral. If it's not in Highspot, it probably doesn't exist yet.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

The beauty of a content management system is breaking down silos of tribal knowledge and creating a central source of truth. The beauty of Highspot is its ability to help with discoverability of content, governing who has access to view/edit, and being able to curate related content in smart pages to provide folks the necessary context. Our team also loves the integrations we have with our CRM, LMS, and Slack because it allows them to access content where they need it/when they need it.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

It's tricky getting reporting for top content publishers when their assets live across different spots. The tool's analytics are very robust and they are constantly making improvements here but this is one limitation I've found.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At first we were solving for creating a central source of truth with the latest and greatest content. It took some time to define our own best practices and implement proper naming conventions, tagging, color coding, auditing, etc but it paid dividends in helping folks find content faster and building trust. My only criticism would be to simplify the pricing model a bit, when the LMS portion was rolled out last year, we were immediately interested but hit a wall when our team realized it would be an increased license cost. Would be great to just receive some features as part of an update and not an additional fee.

Since our company has switch to using this product it has made puling sales calendarial together a snap. To be honest there is nothing I don' t like about the product. It does everything as advertised. I could not ask for a better tool to help me locate and pull together  content for my meetings no matter what product or service I am presenting. The only thing i can think of is to improving the filtering of the product a bit. Sometime is brings up items that are not relevant to the search. This happens when I do a broad search and I am looking for something high level.  If this was improved would save me some time to not have to look thru every document to find what I am looking for in my search,

Highspot has been extremely simple for our Sales Team to learn and adopt. Everything just runs smoothly. We receive very little negative feedback and have multiple reps who have told us this is the best sales tool they have ever used. Love the visual nature of organizing content - it makes it simple, modern, and efficient. We have also loved working with the Highspot team - they are always quick to respond and resolve questions and extremely easy and fun to work with. Highspot replaced another content organization tool that we have been using for years... and the team has been extremely happy with the change.

Very little - I do wish there were a few updates to the smart pages - but they keep making them better on every update.

This is a great tool with fantastic support. I know we have just scratched the surface as we are in our first year, but I expect this to be a tool that we use for a long time to come. It has become one of the most essential tools that our Sales team uses. It is one of those tools that will make you look good because everyone loves it so much.

Highspot has become our single source for Sales Content. We use it heavily to present Sales Plays and new content to our team. Reps are using the tool to pitch and track content to prospects. We have also started using it for our monthly newsletters and are receiving rave reviews. 

We also recently created a spot called "Enablement as a Service". Highspot has been the perfect tool to create an on demand Enablement section for the sales team. 

Overall content delivery has become much more efficient, and reps are able to quickly deliver this to prospect. The presentation is professional and simple.

As with any new tool there is some learning curve, so persist with Highspot for an hour or two and still better watch the  intro video. You will be amazed how easy you will start guessing the features!

I really like that in just a few clicks I can share documents with my clients and get alerts whenever they are seen.
It is possible to see when those documents are shared with others and we can actually understand which documents are most viewed and from there get insights such as which internal features our clients have more questions on or are more interested in.

I am a big user of the Pitch function - used with the Outlook plugin. Unfortunately, everyday I have to login to Highspot in order to be able to use the pitch function on outlook. I am not sure if this is a mandatory action from Highspot or from my company.

I am able to share information with my clients and colleagues and get reports to see if the files are being viewed, which are the most opened files.

Switching from plain & bad SE app to HS is similar to switching from a beat-up old car to a high-tech car.
Manual work can be automated now, i.e. logging activities on SFDC, auto archiving, etc.
Tagging contents to an opportunity is super quick and easy.
Now we are able to track and analyze user actions like open, read, and/or share.
And we have a very high user adoption compared to previous SE app we used.

HS is our sales reps' bread & butter.

It's not a biggie, but it would be awesome if HS can do custom reporting.
There are more data we can mine then slice & dice it on / off HS, i.e. Excel, Power BI.

HS is our centralized location to store and search for contents.
Its analytic feature allow us to see metric on which contents driving the revenues. We can't do this on Share Point.

My favorite feature for our GTM org is the ability to remix (edit) content efficiently and share externally with the Pitch feature. Our organization has leveraged the pitch feature to create a seamless customer content-sharing experience throughout the customer journey. Meanwhile, we are also can see prospects' engagement with the content and which gives us insight into what to dive deeper into during our next conversation. 

Besides the actual product, our Highspot reps, Napolean and TingTing, are the best. They are extremely prepared, understand the pain points, and have a strategic mindset when it comes to solving problems. They are a pleasure to work with!

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

As someone who's reporting on our enablement programs' success, I would love to see some additional reporting functionality. The ability to set an enablement program goal and build a dashboard (or smartpage) with all of the reports and content needed to measure that program's success.

Highspot has given us a centralized, source of truth for all of our GTM content. My role,  in particular, is responsible for our new hire onboarding and Highspot's SmartPage feature has helped us seamlessly transition our employee onboarding experience to meet the needs of the remote world. We can provide a singular location for all of our new employee onboarding activities which eliminates a paper trail. 

Furthermore, the reporting capabilities have proven to be invaluable to our Enablement team. We can track content usage and engagement to see what's resonating internally and externally.

Honestly, what I love is that our sales team loves it. In a Q4 survey of the whole team, Highspot was rated the second most useful/appreciated software tool they use, second only to Outreach. For the end users, it's super easy to use, easy to find the content they need and answers to questions they have, and easy to track customer interaction with content they send. And we've only given them training on the basics - can't wait to get into custom content portals and more!

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

The only drawback I found was the somewhat daunting and cumbersome initial setup. It took a lot of alignment meetings and many, many hours of sifting through and organizing content to get Highspot set up in a way that works for our team. And even then, we're still iterating and changing. But it's definitely worth it.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two main problems have been solved with Highspot. First, our sales team was unsure where to go for content, and wasted time searching for collateral to send to customers as well as answers to internal process questions. They were also often sending outdated content to customers. Our content is now centralized, searchable, and up to date. Second, our marketing team had no visibility into what content was being sent, what was being viewed by customers, what wasn't being used at all, etc. Now they can make informed decisions about what content to make more of, update and archive.

There are a long list of reasons for why we continue to choose Highspot 4 yrs after our initial decision, so I'll focus on a couple. 

One of the most critical is the visibility it gives us into how our teams leverage the many resources we provide to them.  There is a constant need to balance both qualitative and quantitative measures for adoption and impact of enablement efforts with speed and scale, both of which Highspot enables us to do.

Equally the level of partnership that the team at Highspot provides is world class and serves as a great reminder what people mean when they say "partner not vendor". From the account team through to the senior leadership at Highspot, they really lean into their customer relationships.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

There hasn't been any issues to date that would factor as a "dislike" for me. There are always opportunities for enhancements, but in my experience they have one of the most customer centric roadmaps of any software provider I've worked with.

Sometimes it's not easy to find content there. We have many categories created within Highspot and sometimes it's challenging to understand which documents are relevant or not. I'm not sure if our leadership team has been archiving not relevant content. I also wish we could use our general team email to pitch the decks from Highspot since customers always reach out using this general email. However, when I'm logged to Highspot, all of my emails are sent under my personal email. It would be great to have the possibility of changing the sender's email.

Learning about new products, sharing documents with teammates. Accessing meeting material. Every time that I'm not able to be in a meeting, I can always access the slide deck on Highspot. Learning about new products can be easy as well since the material is publicly available.

UX, and structure of information displayed. Flows well when you are live on a pitch or demo call and need easily referenced data points or talk tracks that are specific to the persona or audience you're meeting with. Great way to train new hires on flow of pitch and discovery as well, without requiring them to remember scripts.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

The search function returned some weird results for me a couple times, but other than that it has worked without malfunction. Also the nuanced differences between sending material to clients directly from HighSpot vs using the plug-in in gmail have been slightly annoying, but not a big deal at all. The tool is simple and empowers your content and resources with better delivery and structure. It's obviously not a perfect product, but it works extremely well for where it's currently at in it's lifecycle.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only problem was a search that returned irrelevant results. Could've been operator error though so I want to caveat by saying that. The benefits I've realized up to this point are having simple, targeted pitch workflows with the appropriate discovery questions and relevant materials to reference on the call right at your fingertips, that you can easily use as an outline for your sales conversation. Gives you that framework to work off of, rather than winging it, using printed out talk tracks, or having to memorize a ridiculous amount of content prior to calling. Also helps with training new hires, keeping them on track if the conversation strays or veers at all.

-One-stop-shop: Highspot allows us to pull in content from gdrive, confluence, dropbox, etc into one searchable platform for reps to find content.
-Curation: The smartpages allow us to curate and highlight specific assets. Everything in Highspot has been curated to some degree as a "source of truth". 
-Visibility: Not only can the reps see what their customers are viewing (if they pitch content), but from an enablement perspective we can see what search terms people are using, what content they're viewing, and how long they're viewing content. This allows us to identify gaps and check that we highlight is indeed being viewed.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

-LMS (coaching & Training): We had high hopes for this, but in the end it wasn't robust enough for us.
-Integrations: We wish there were better integrations with LMS (Workramp) and Dropbox Paper.
-Display inline content: Would also love to be able to display all content (links, decks, docs, etc) "inline" on smartpages.
-Search/Navigability: although the search is used a majority of the time, it could be a bit better. Often the terms have to be very specific. Would also like better navigation bars (dropdowns) within the smartpages and better infrastructure to navigate.
-Content Filtering: And although it's a repository for content, besides the lists, there aren't easier ways to display or sort through content, such as within a smart page with dynamic filters.

Prior to HS, our content was siloed and self generated. Every team had their own docs and ways of doing things. - Great content repository with AI searchability that makes it easy to find what you're looking for
- Sending pitches (external sharing of content) is easy (in-app or Gmail) and comes with great tracking insights
- Integrates with a lot of tech (Clari, Slack, SFDC, Outreach, LinkedIn)
- Collaborating with other content creators make for a convenient way to showcase other department's work for our reps to use
- AMAZING customer success/account management that really feels like a partnership -- arguably the most important item on this list

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

From the admin perspective, navigating the settings and configuration can be a bit tricky at times. I find myself leveraging the help center or reaching out to my customer success team when I'm stumped on how to find what I'm looking for.

Another area of the solution that Highspot should continue to invest in is the "Pitch Styles", which are prepackaged content pages that have customizable design features. These are slick, but they can be tricky for our sellers to build, save, and reuse. Not rocket science, but it could be a more intuitive workflow in order to unlock that value.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Highspot to surface the latest and greatest content so there's no question of what's "up-to-date vs stale". Because it's easy to get other departmental content creators involved, we've nicely organized where specific content lives. It's a single source of truth for content. And it's convenient to leverage the analytics to see which content to promote vs sunset to keep things fresh.

The ability to create Customer Portals where one can direct a customer/prospect with a custom url to view as much content as you wish to make available to them - rather than repeatedly sending info via e-mail.
Also, simply great having one place to access for everything.  The centralization is key because the content is kept up to date and I know when I need information/brochure I am not downloading something outdated.

No real downsides that I have experienced.  Depending on how much content you have in HighSpot might make it more challenging to find certain things as they are added, but the search tool is pretty much a fail safe.

Content is no longer in all sorts of disparate places.  Used to be you would need to consider a multitude of sites and shared drives to find what you were looking for.  And again, you don't need to constantly check content for it's relevance.
This all results in time savings.

I have introduced Highspot in two organizations and I can recommend it highly enough as a tool to not only for sales enablement but also for marketing. The flexibility - we have pushed the envelope a few times on new uses - the customizable/tailorable interface, the analytics and insights it provides and organization and I can't say enough about the outstanding account team of Natalie Brown and Cutter Kuwada who go beyond the extra mile to provide solutions, resolutions, training and suggestions on best to demonstrate the value of the tool to each department.

I don't dislike anything but I do have one item on the wishlist - provide a way for clients to get private access to a Highspot enabled portal to share information.

The pitch style feature is by far what I like the best in the highspot platform.  Not only can I pitch (share) the content I want with a buyer, but I can present it in a stylized "web portal" page where I can add additional information, or organize it in a way that makes the buyer realize that this "page" is unique for them and thought and consideration went into what is being shared.  It's an experience that other sellers aren't likely providing.

We were able to solve our asset management problem by no longer storing our selling assets in folders in a shared drive, and moving them all to the Highspot Platform.  Previously we were unable to search for anything other than the names of documents and assets, and with Highspot we can search for content within the assets as well, video dialogue included.  The buyer experience is also greatly enhanced by letting the buyer view assets from a secure link and NOT having to receive them as an email attachment first.

The ability to pitch material easily really comes in handy to quickly send collateral to customers. Our team shares a wide variety of material that helps in all aspects of our sales processes, so it's easy to find or discover material we can use. **What do you dislike about Highspot?**

There is honestly not much that I dislike. The only aspect that can be difficult is that our team's managers for Highspot control the material and how it is updated. I have to download material in order to customize it for my own sales needs. Our team tends to create larger 'Master' decks with powerpoint slides, which means I might have to download the entire file in order to extract one or two slides.

If you want a clean and organized way to share material across your organization, Highspot is a great service that fits this need!

It's great seeing the same material others within our company our using. Before Highspot, we would only have access to what may have been shared one-off or what was created specifically for and by our team.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Intuitiveness, ease of use, and visually appealing and attractive design. Reps gravitate to Highspot because of the look and feel we've created, as well as acting as the one stop shop for all internal and external content. Highspot doesn't feel like a tool, but an extension of our tech stack and consequently, our strategy -  it is a robust and powerful complement. We've optimized the way the sales team engages with customers and closes deals because of adding Highspot as a strategic partner.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

Let me be clear - there are no downsides to using Highspot. However, if I had to choose one thing I would say that I dislike the inability to turn a Play Smartpage into an Overview Page. The Highspot Plays and framework is so powerful that I want to feature it, not hide it in a list or Spot.

**Recommendations to others considering Highspot:**

Don't take for granted the power of this platform. Work with your dedicated Account Manager and Solutions Team to build a project plan and success criteria accordinging to your goals - the ROI will follow.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting the sales team to the most relevant content for each situation. Enabling marketers and enablement stakeholders to say with certainty how and when content is used and quantify its impact on the performance of every deal so that reps can have more engaging conversations with customers and receive valuable insights on how and when the customer is interacting with our content. In addition to this, seeing what the sales team is using, how it is engaging the interest of your customers, and how it is contributing to the bottom line. We want to quantify sales impact by connecting content performance with CRM data to understand how content is driving sales velocity, conversion, and quota performance.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

The semantic search is super powerful. Super intuitive. Easy to learn and use. Useful right from the start. Excellent customer support. They are there for you every step of the way.  Analytics are powerful and help to steer behavior of the sales team for better results. Loading documents is super fast. Useful for pitching and training as well. Versions auto update if you link to your google account which is really useful. Can use with gmail and salesloft. Also you can link to salesforce for greater analytic insights. The filter option is easy to use but kind of a pain to set up. That's not their fault though, it's just that we have a lot of filter categories. Love the smart page option and sales play templates.  Really really easy to use and build pages.  Sharing with stakeholders and teams is also super easy.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

Takes a while to set up. But once it's done, it's really useful. Sometimes needs some help from IT department or special coding to make sure it searches the website linked articles. It's really set up for PDFs. But they can make it work for website articles. You just have to do a bit more work.

I would highly recommend. The analytics and training possibilities are endless and useful.

Lack of analytics made us blind. Now we can see which content is selling products. We can also share insights among the sales team to increase results.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Highspot is amazing because it's one place for everything you could possibly need to develop and pitch content. You would think the amount of information available within the platform would result in a disorganized, hard to navigate tool; however, that is not the case with Highspot. Not only does the platform feature top-tier search functionality, which allows you to further refine your selection using well categorized drop downs, but you can also easily search by most popular or most recent content. Gone are the days wasting time sifting through folders to find content. Gone are the days trying to decipher what content is the most recent and having to make several different iterations of virtually the same presentation. Finally the time can be spent doing the stuff that matters, all thanks to Highspot.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

I wish the Remix functionality was more clear. When you add content to your "My Content" location, it can almost appear that you have somehow altered the entire companies version of the resource. Given that, I see more downloads than was probably expected out of fear that pitching something or altering something will be done at scale. I also wish it wasn't solely branded as something to help with just selling products and services. I wish it was leveraged for more educational purposes as well, with perhaps real-time education sessions on various topics or webinars that you could rsvp to within the platform.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have one central place to locate all content I could ever need. Not only do I find myself far more educated in our offerings and up to speed on best practices, but I will regularly review the content within the platform to help my clients stay ahead of the curve. Whether I share with them some of the materials we are allowed to pitch, or whether I familiarize myself with the current industry going-ons, I find myself bringing a lot of value to myself and others by having this amazing tool available to me.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

Tracking - from revisions to customer views/opens.  Salesforce integration straight from the tool makes it much easier to log activities when sending pitches.  Pitches themselves are a great way to track if content is being opened and/or passed along - and the amount of time recipients are viewing.  Outlook integration is also seamless.

The option to remix decks from all content available makes it much easier to create custom content from using elements from existing content.  Indexing into "places" (files) allows for more organization.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

The in-app editing for PPT can be cumbersome.  I find myself downloading documents and editing them in Powerpoint as it's easier to use.  It can also provide a lot of confusion if collaborators create new versions of documents versus updating existing versions.

**Recommendations to others considering Highspot:**

Have an owner (or a group who owns) to drive adoption, training, and messaging.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized library of content regularly updated by our marketing team.  Also, the centralized access to peer's content is helpful to collaborate with content.  I don't have to search multiple platforms for content for as long as users in the company are contributing and updating within the platform.

Another benefit is accessing critical content such as pricing and process related items.  I always know I can find the latest information in my "spot".

I love the ability to create custom training spots with content, videos, text, etc. all in one place. I love that reps can see analytics on what content pieces are being used by the rest of the sales team as well as the commentary/stories of sales reps using that content.

Little things here and there could improve to help the user experience but truly they're not that big of a deal.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems we wanted to fix and why we implemented Highspot:
1) Tribal knowledge. Our best reps needed to be replicated but there was no way for us to show the rest of the team what they were doing and how they were doing it.
2) Decrease onboarding/ramp time for new sales reps. Now we can provide onboarding checklists with content, stories, videos, etc. to help new reps know how to perform like someone who has been on the team for years.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

There are three things I found incredibly helpful through our integration of Highspot. First and foremost are the analytics. Having a platform that can provide sales team content usage and customer pitch engagement data is incredibly valuable. We can now determine if our sales team are using our own best practices while also having a window into how our customers engage with our content when those best practices are followed. It removes so much of the guessing game and allows us to determine the impact of the content in ways we never have before. Second, the ease of use of Highspot is top-notch. The UI/UX is easy to learn and master, and the Support function is world-class. It is so easy for a new user to jump in and start using the platform that we see people sending Pitches within minutes of logging in for the first time. Not needing to have a massive ramp up of training to get our sales team using Highspot was a big win for us. Third, the integration team from Highspot that worked with us to launch the platform was incredible. Their level of product knowledge and willingness to help us get our Highspot set up and launched was nothing short of a godsend. We had an accelerated time frame and they came through as true advocates and champions of the platform. We went through an extensive platform comparison process, and these three key elements let us know that selecting Highspot was the right decision.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

The only dislike thus far is the number of integrations with Highspot. I'd prefer to see more dedicated OTS type solutions for integrations with DAMs (such as Widen) and video delivery platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Vidyard. Highspot integrated so well with Brainshark, our CRM, and our cloud services that I wish it had the same ease of integration with others to allow it to be the one-stop-shop for our Sales team.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highspot provides us multiple solutions. It is a sales content management system. It is also our sales communication portal. It is the first place we want our sellers going for information and content. On top of all of that, the analytics provide us insights into the behaviors of our sales team while providing a means to easily determine our content governance strategies. Additionally, the data on pitch engagement provides a critical view into how our customers interact with our messaging and content. Rather than guess what our sellers are doing with and how our customers are reacting to our content...Highspot just lets us know. It's a simple idea with incredibly complex implications.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

The ability to find, create and share content using internal marketing resources. Highspot makes it super easy to stay up to date on new marketing collateral made. The plug-in allows you to share content internally or with prospects interested in buying your solution. Great for tracking content clicked as well

Another feature that I like about Highspot is the ability to send out specific pitches to new prospects in the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

More internal training/ best practices/ tips and tricks. While I use the tool every day, I would love to see how others use the tool for good. What are the best practices? Am I using the tool to its full potential?

The last recommendation I would make is to update the general UI. It seems a bit outdated and I think based on the product, they could do a lot better.

I really do love the tool and instruct new hires to go to highspot to access everything FourKites, and will definitely continue to!!

**Recommendations to others considering Highspot:**

Make the investment. It makes organizing and sharing content for companies way easier. I know where to go when I need to find something and dont have to ask where to go from a manager/coworker.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work directly with the marketing team to communicate and update them on the market. I use the highspot plug-in for Gmail on a daily basis. It has made my life so much easier. One major benefit I can recall is sending prospective prospects and being able to look back on the data- did they click or download? Should I re-engage at this time

The search functionality is tuned in a way that allows the best results to surface to the top. I also really like the ability to bookmark and save documents for future use and that when I go back to access them they are always current.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

Sometimes you are not able to search in documents, for example, I'll try to use Ctrl + F to search in a number of documents and it appears that it's not compatible.

That you can use it for sales material as well as any other internal documentation.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highspot allows me to never not know what the current price on Data Axle product or service is. Also Highspot eliminates the need to try to reach across the organization silos in order to find a sell sheet or pricing information that in the past may have taken multiple days and interrupted someone's day to try to surface.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

The microsite is unlike anything I nor my prospects have seen. Dealers like being able to bookmark the link to find all the resources that's been provided in a convenient locations vs multiple emails and attachments. The notifications and analytics are also great as a salesperson as I'm notified when they've opened up the email and what documents they are viewing and for how long. It's really great and unlike anything I've seen.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

There seems to be a bit of different functionality between sending a pitch via the web browser vs the chrome extension app in Google Mail. I believe you don't get as much analytics from the attachments when you send via email vs when you send via browser. If this could improve, it'd be great.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of multiple emails and attachments that may be hard to find through their inbox into a nice and easy to use microsite is great. The benefits is also knowing when a prospect client opens your emails and shows interactiveness in the files.
