Occasionally we notice changes in the system with user access that we are not informed of. We are also informed that we have access to make certain changes in the system that in fact we do not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HighRadius is really good at making financial tasks easier, especially when it comes to handling money owed to a company, such as managing accounts receivable. Below are some points which I like the most.
-HighRadius automates a lot of the boring, repetitive work that finance teams would normally have to do manually. This means they can spend more time on important stuff like figuring out how to make the company more successful or you can focus on the big picture.
-It's like having a helpful assistant that takes care of the small work.
-Its user-friendly interface and customizable dashboards make it easy to use and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
-HighRadius is a top choice for improving financial processes and boosting efficiency in businesses.

The ticketing system. It has required fields that are not really clear when submitting the ticket. If we have a cash file issue it would be easier to be able to submit a simple ticket that doesn't ask for all the information that is being sought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
