What do you like best about HighQ?

I find HighQ a very helpful platform to collaborate with clients, particularly due to the mix of features available and the flexibility with which you can "mix and match" its components (the Lego bricks analogy) to create bespoke solutions.

In particular I really like the combination of customisable iSheets, which can be used for a variety of trackers, and dashboards to visualise key data and metrics. Workflow automation is also incredibly helpful to embed partial or entire workflows as part of the site.

I think this really conveys the idea of providing our clients (but also internal teams) with a "one stop shop" to find everything they need, whenever they need, and, last but not least, in an extremely secure environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighQ?

The overall UI/UX could be better, with more capabilities to customise the "look and feel" for individual sites or features. For example in relation to the iSheet grid and "add record" window - although this has been significantlu improved since the inception of iSheet forms, as well as the more recent new iSheet layout.

With AI and GenAI tools picking up speed, I would also expect HighQ to continue develop in a similar fashion and make AI solutions available, for example in relation to reviewing contracts more easily, extract key data, summarise documents, etc.

Performance can sometimes be an issue, I refer to a few downtime spells we experienced recently, and where communication re their cause and expected solutions could have been better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighQ?

I use HighQ to design the digital processes in the legal department and to create suitable workspaces for various stakeholders. I particularly appreciate the stability of HighQ, as I have not experienced any outages so far and processes have been running smoothly for years. I can work very quickly and do not have to worry about hardware or storage space. The detailed permissions give me full control and allow me to securely store even very sensitive data within our company. What do you dislike about HighQ?

I don't like the new iSheet design - you see too little. The column width is too large by default. I also find the design not very successful - too many lines - it makes everything restless. For me, it's a clear step back and not a modern, future-oriented design. There is redundant information, the column width is too wide due to the hidden buttons for filters, so you see fewer columns at a glance. There is no longer a button to jump to the next page. What do you like best about HighQ?

In my 2+ years of using HighQ Collaborate on a daily basis, the simplicity of the UI along with the platform's robustness has been a major plus point. Our IT team was able to set it up in a very bespoke manner to suit our project parameters and we haven't really needed to tweak or change things since. The export and import functionality has been a literal lifesaver as its allowed us to really optimise our workflows to efficiently deal with varying tasks & instructions, and to carry data from Collaborate to our other tools. We were also able to use inbuilt reporting system to develop a quick MI tool for progress tracking at a glance. In the few instances when there have been outages, we found the Customer Support to be top notch & they provided us realistic ETA's instead of telling us what they thought we wanted to hear. What do you dislike about HighQ?

There are no downsides as such, but there has been a recurring glitch, where forms submitted for a task, will reappear at times in the middle of my queue if I've got filters on. Need the ability to build automated workflows with additional levels of if/then options. Currently limited to one level.

Need the ability to create specific views that can be defaulted per user.

Need the ability to hide some portion of the available information for better viewability without that limiting the search function to only what is in view (i.e., should be able to search fields that have information in them, even if they're not included in one user's view).

What do you like best about HighQ?

The site has a clean interface and is easy to manage and tailor to suit any specific transaction. Customer service is awalys prompt. The automatic numbering feature and automatede index creation is especially useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighQ?

We use the site mainly as a due diligence data room . When documents get deleted, this can affect the numbering of all documents in a folder, which then requires solicitors to review the document referencing in transaction documents to ensure the numbering has been updated. Additionally, downloading copies of a site can be hindered by the 256-character path limitation in Windows; it would be helpful if there was a work-around for this implemented into the system. Tools like HighQ Collaborate and Publisher are excellent ways to share content, information and collaborate with external customers. The administration is simple and online documentation excellent. What do you like best about HighQ?

The platform is highly customizable. You can create custom emails, complex logic for when to trigger certain rules, and personalized views for specific subsets of contracts. What do you dislike about HighQ?

The platform is best suited for an organization with a simple process and limited need to change. Otherwise, it takes a ton of time to administer and has constant bugs. They don't have an out-of-the-box Salesforce integration or an effective Google Docs integration, despite having told us they did. It was not an intuitive user interface for submitting or approving contracts and users were constantly frustrated or requiring help. Implementation took over a year to complete.
