**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

Before adopting High Level in my organization, I was using so many different tools for each client. Time spent learning and setting up marketing systems has been drastically reduced by using High Level. My favorite part of High Level is building out automation workflows. I also love that it is a white label platform because this adds value to my organization when pitching clients.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

The website and landing page builders are not as robust as I need for most of my projects so I usually build these outside of High Level and integrate with High Level through embedding High Level forms into my websites.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High Level provides a singular platform for me to work on automated workflows, CRM, email marketing, social planning and posting, and paid digital ads dashboard. I don't have to move around between as many platforms as I used to do to perform marketing tasks.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

HighLevel is an all in one solution that saves time, effort and money spent of several different tools. It has funnel and website builder, smart automations, email marketing, tagging, calling and most of all AI implemented in everything. The UI is also very user friendly and smooth. You can integrate as many 3rd party tools you want. The pricing is affordable and can easily put cap to get more ROI. Their support is also very good and quick. Overall performance is 100/100.

Sometimes the software takes a while to load, and it can feel a bit laggy at times.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me save time and avoid juggling multiple tools with multiple logins. It brings together the tools and features a business needs to stay online, all in one place.

As a marketing agency, we use it to run email outreach, nurture sequences, and automated workflows for artists, record labels, and business clients. The ability to manage campaigns, track performance, and automate follow-ups in one system helps streamline operations and maintain consistency across multiple clients.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Because HighLevel offers a wide range of features, there can be a learning curve when setting up more advanced automations and workflows. Some areas of the interface require time to configure properly, especially when managing multiple campaigns or clients. However, once set up, the platform is stable and effective for ongoing marketing operations.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel helps us centralize email marketing, automation, and campaign performance tracking for multiple clients in one platform. We use it to manage outreach, nurture leads, and automate follow-ups without relying on separate tools. **What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I like the Social Planner, the AI Chat, the AI Voice, the Referral Programs, and the Gift Cards on HighLevel. Creating, teaching, and incorporating the AI Chat into the available channels is very easy, quick, and very effective. I also appreciate the centralization provided by HighLevel, where everything essential is on a single platform.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

The website builder is terrible. The UI and UX are very complicated and there is a tendency to have everything without basic things working 100%. The calendars are a nightmare. The design capabilities of the website builder are far from advanced and the editing is very outdated. The interface is confusing and very cluttered, in addition to unclear informative tooltips. The initial setup of HighLevel was very complicated.

HighLevel centralizes everything essential in a single platform, making it easy, fast, and effective to create, teach, and embed AI Chat in the available channels.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I like how easy HighLevel is to use and how the different modules are readily available. The texting, voice calls, and documentation links are particularly handy. The way everything interconnects with social media is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

I think there could be a better understanding of databases. For example, when I try to configure pipelines or set up automation, it doesn't always work well. Also, keeping track of invoices or other information is not as good as it could be. I wish it were more like Asana, Zoho or Salesforce in that regard. The initial setup was fairly easy but needed a lot of tweaking to get everything to function perfectly for the tasks.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel connects different platforms for social media and client management, streamlines client database connectivity for my agents to close deals, and allows project staging to track customer progress precisely.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I like that HighLevel acts as a single, unified platform that consolidates nearly all of our sales and marketing workflows into one place. I also love how flexible and customizable the funnels and workflows are. We can build highly tailored automation for lead nurturing, client onboarding, follow-ups, and retention without needing coding skills. The visual workflow builder is intuitive but powerful, so we can adapt quickly for different industries or client types.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

I find the email deliverability and local delivery options to be not as strong as specialized tools. For German and EU businesses, compliance with GDPR and local email practices is critical. We’ve noticed slightly lower deliverability compared to dedicated tools, and some region-specific settings feel like an afterthought rather than fully integrated. The initial setup of HighLevel was functional but definitely came with a steep learning curve, especially for our team focused on B2B use in Germany.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel lets us manage everything in one platform instead of using separate tools, eliminating messy data silos and missed follow-ups. It centralizes lead sources, automates follow-ups, and ensures consistent outreach, so we don't lose track of prospects or tasks.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

My only experience so far with HL is the customer support team since I just signed up last night but they have all been very helpful and welcoming to the platform. Bikram and Neebesh were both superb! I actually have an ongoing issue with receiving a snapshot from an affiliate link I signed up with and although, there has been no resolution found yet, the cs reps are prompt and generous with their help in researching and escalating the issue. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

I have to research further, but I have not been able to find out if or how it would be possible to preview a snapshots features BEFORE adding them to a sub-account and was advised the only way to remove them if they are not what I am looking for to assist a particular client is to delete them altogether which would be unfortunate if they would work for another client in the future. I have yet to use these features but this has already caused me a bit of nervousness because I have access to quite a few snapshots from an ai learning group I am a member of and would like to view them before deploying them into an account. If there is a solution to this, I would very much appreciate a notification to such. I will continue to search for the answer until then.

I am hopeful HL will be the comprehensive business platform capable of streamlining all our processes, maximizing our growth potential, and enabling us to scale to the next level.

The steep learning curve and complicated interface can be challenging, and I have found the inconsistent customer support to be frustrating. There are also potential hidden costs, particularly when it comes to third-party integrations. Additionally, the CRM features feel clunky, such as having to use multiple screens for simple tasks, and there are missing advanced functionalities that larger clients might expect, which is disappointing given its "all-in-one" promise.

This platform addresses the challenge of managing multiple marketing tools and the complexities of client management for agencies by providing an all-in-one solution that covers CRM, automation, funnels, and communication.   ### 9. if you can survive the learning curve which is very steep you can make money with this program

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

Go high level is an extremely difficult program. This is because it integrates so many different types of marketing into one platform. It's taken me about a year to get to the point where I can actually use it. And I am still a novice. This should be a university course that is taught for credit just like you have Adobe fully integrated into the university system. There's no way to start using this program easily. It takes way more than a month just to figure things out if you have a lot of time on your hands. I'm not stupid. But I feel stupid when I use go high level. My advice, fine someone who teaches this and go step by step and try to learn only the tools that you think you can make money with in the beginning. After you've gotten a couple of clients then when your monthly not and UT NUT is covered can you begin to try to learn some of the other things to add on. That is my honest evaluation of the program you will not find as money tools in one place for such a small amount of money anywhere else. I'm still spending at least 500 or more dollars on other programs that are mostly to create artwork and videos but at least I know that my $200 is well spent with go high level

As I mentioned in the previous box go high level is extremely difficult to learn there's no easy way. If you took it and you only sold it as each individual tool then maybe people wouldn't know so much about the fact that all the tools are together and it would be easier mentally to wrap your head around the fact that you can do anything with this program

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have a AI assistant that answers my telephone and can schedule meetings bearing in mind that I haven't begun to advertise yet. But that alone without anything else makes the program worth the money that I'm paying. And the fact that I can turn around and sell it to someone else or a hundred someone else's makes the ability for expansion and revenue generation solid.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I am a 53 year old male and I am a complete novice to AI and GHL, and it has taken me more than a few months to get my head around the things that I have needed to do to be able to provide a SAAS to my first client. I have really enjoyed the learning curve and really seeing how someone can utilize AI through a platform as expansive as GHL to help businesses to actually benefit from the service in many ways. I am still drinking too much coffee and scratching my head often. During these moments I have found the GHL support team invaluable. In particular Krishna Nair was able to somehow speak my process language and cleared up many things in just 1 call. Really.... I am so grateful to Krishna because he was patient and seemed to understand where and why i was stuck in each situation I asked about. He seamlessly helped me through all of them while explaining why it is done that way.
