The best thing about Highfive is the sound quality that comes with using the product's hardware. Their speaker has exceptional sound compared to any conference phone I've ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint is there is no way to get a dedicated phone dial-in for recurring meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how fast it is to switch between Highfive conferences as I switch conference rooms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I previously did not like that I couldn't pick what screen to show on my laptop -- but they solved that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sound quality is the best feature of HighFive. The hardware that they provided us makes it so much easier for us to hear and be heard by our remote employees. Prior to using HighFive, our old conference phones made it difficult for everyone in the room to be heard. With HighFive, we no longer have that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Calls are frequently dropped during long meetings. We haven't been able to figure out exactly why this is happening, but there are times when it happens so frequently that we temporarily abandon using HighFive and switch to some other backup product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has pretty good camera quailty and an easy set up when using on a TV in a conference room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system needs updating often and is unreliable. We often have to make a phone call into meetings instead of video calling because it often doesnt work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of connecting with high five and the URL & phone number methods to join a room. The sounds quality is great on each end even if it's a room full of people connecting with someone in their car. I also enjoy how when multiple people are connected and looking at a shared screen, the software will automatically switch video feeds of whichever person is speaking. We rely heavily on high five at my company with remote workers and many meetings. This make communication through the device critical and it always seems to crash when we're in the middle of a discussion and the point has been lost. We have been working with technical support on this, but the issue has yet to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that there is a mobile app so I can video conference from my iphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a bit of a delay when sharing your screen and projecting it on the TV via highfive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It just works! I like the ease of the minimal hardware in the conference room. Also the Dolby voice quality is very clear. Easy to use with a simple URL to join. Set up every room in minutes, not hours. Users use their personal devices and the cloud does the rest. Video conferencing, wireless TV projection, and remote screen sharing all in one solution! Eliminates PIN codes, meeting IDs and passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that you cannot move the PIP (picture-in-picture) window nor toggle the presentation view to a larger camera view to see the far side audience better. Lack of any recording functionality. Also no 'Brady bunch' grid view of multiple video sessions. Eliminate PIN codes, meeting IDs and passwords (need to secure meeting access) if prior URL knowledge, someone can eavesdrop. Pricing per user isn't always the better option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
