It is an easy to use and intuitive tool, with a fine interface, accessibility everywhere, and a good quality scaling set. Audio is consistently good across all platforms. Video scaling is good in low to mid-res applications. Remote site sessions are nice and fluid, with excellent audio, particularly if a headset is used. The proprietary camera system for the boardroom is slightly larger than most web cameras and makes it challenging to mount. The camera, however, contains the smarts for the local (in boardroom) operations. Once installed and deployed, it's easy coasting. Video scaling is not so good when connected to a 4K system. The screen share and new phone feature to add in the conference. The phone featured has really helped. I recently was unable to hear anything via the high five on my computer but when I dialed in I was able to catch up instead of delay the meeting or use another source.
