I found HighFive a great software to use. First, installation was very easy on my work laptop. Second, it was so easy to create "meetings" that others can join. Others join by getting a link of the "meeting". Thirdly, during the meeting, it was so easy to navigate a meeting and interact with others. We interact by sharing our screens and/or real time videos of ourselves. Everything was intuitive. From set up, to meeting creation, to software navigation, and to performance - -everything was easy and seamless.

Loved that the whole thing is cloud based. Our company has the software installed in the board room and that is very helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To be honest, there's nothing to dislike. The whole thing was so easy to use. It doesn't take a genius to use High Five. But the product was by no means for idiots. It did the job it was set out to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only small complaint is the lag on screensharing. Even with a good internet connection, there is a delay between audio and the screen going through, so if you are showing someone something they may not see it for a few seconds after you say. As a salesperson, call/video quality and connection are by far the most important attributes of a collaboration tool. HighFive fails me daily when clients can’t get in a meeting room or the call drops. Our sales meetings and company updates are conducted on HighFive and there are always major issues. Slow connection and terrible audio. Difficult to hear what people are saying on the other side. Technical support support is not always helpful. I hate how hard it is to stream video while mirroring from your device to the screen. Practically impossible to show video in work meetings.

It’s a great idea, but the equipment often has to be rebooted and there are a lot of quality issues. It’s fine for an internal meeting, but I will never use it with a client because of these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
