The system has become extremely unreliable, calls drop all the time. Unlike Skype Business, HighFive is a modern video conferencing tool that is great for connecting employees from different offices and even candidates to hiring managers in different locations. HighFive allows for a global experience for companies, gives engineering teams from different locations to participate in scrum meetings together and allows remote employees to video conference into meetings.

Another great feature is the Screen Share feature, allowing you to share your screen with the other video conference call participants. This is perfect for presentations and meetings.

As of late, our standalone High Five unit has started to drop calls every now and again. While their support was great the first few months we had the unit (they would do test calls, be prompt with answers, etc), their support is atrocious now.
