Highfive is so easy to use. Once you're signed up it's all just creating a link for your team to join and boom. Send the link over e-mail, IM, pop it in a meeting invite, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quality is still an issue but it is improving. One of our offices has a pretty lossy network and this has caused headaches, particularly for people on wifi networks. Also degradation with many users does seem to be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the simple design! The UX is fairly straightforward and easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were easier ways to invite people to conversations. I'd like the ability to be able to call someone directly (like Skype) instead of having to create a "room" for them to come into in order to talk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is for anyone to present and to easy switch between presenters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't use it for all my calls where I want to ensure I have control over my attendees. Also, there is a high level of latency when screensharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highfive is a user friendly, reliable and convenient conferencing system. We have many offices and employees world wide with our head quarters in Calgary and use Highfive on an almost daily basis to communicate with everyone. We like that it is user friendly with quality not to be imagined for a video conferencing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had any problems using Highfive thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Need to consider adding WiFi capability to the Video Conference Device; sometimes it can be very practical.
Need to consider the possibility to enable advanced setting on the device, we should have the capability to calibrate sound at will. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User friendly and simple. I can simply log in, select my meeting room name, and conduct my meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I dislike about HighFive. High Five has a lot to offer organizations and I hope the only continue to grow in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highfive makes it super simple for our east coast and west coast team to communicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the UI is a little disorienting when trying to figure out how to connect to a meeting, but re-familiarizing yourself for a few minutes clears that up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highfive is great at video conferencing with teams in a physical conference room. We use it for including virtual team members into team meetings and breakouts on the big screen in our conference room. Happiness is everyone being on the same page! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like to be able to see everyone's face - everyone who is on the conference. Currently, Highfive app just shows you who is talking so you can't see reactions or even if the other people are still there. I've heard this is coming soon though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
