We love our Highfives! We have them in multiple conference rooms and office in our HQ and at several of our remote locations. It is very easy to setup as an admin and even easier for the team to use. This isn't just a webconferencing software for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, but also a dedicated hardware platform. Both its (mac) application and hardware control are seamless, and highly functional. The video and audio are more stable than most of the competitors that I've tried, and I've tried quite a few.

The company i work for uses the High Five App with all of their Conference rooms, if i am unable to get to the meeting i can sit in by video Conference, it is very easy to use, just sign in and pick out which conference room is set up with the meeting that you are supposed to be in and your all set!

Also traveling you can talk to your family and see each other face to face instead of hearing a voice!

I feel that it is a lot easier to use than Skype and also a lot quicker.

Being a newer program i understand that there are some little quirks that still have to get worked out.

i personally cant really think of anything that i don't really like other than the Rate Us App Store Deal Always popping up when starting or finishing a video conference, that drives me nuts but again i am so used to it with all other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We cannot see all participants at the same time (I know this is changing soon!) The speakers can sound muffled sometimes. Not sure if this is our system or the Highfive device. The setup was dead simple. Plug and play. UI is simple and intuitive, perfect for not so techie folks. Also, the camera and mic are very good, works very well in a medium to large conference room. Two-way talking definitely needs to be improved. When someone talk on one side, he/she will have difficulties hearing other talking in the other side. Either is on/off or sound too loud/low.
