The product works perfectly and consistently. It takes a little bit for the whole team to figure out how it works but once they do its the ideal solution for our team working across different continents. Minimal initial config needed (nearly plug-and-play).
Audio and video quality is good (as long as the internet connection is good).

Bandwidth hog - need a lot of bandwidth to avoid choppiness! This has been somewhat of a problem with our Atlanta office, where they have a cable internet connection (85M x 15M, I believe).
There's no option for lower resolution on slower connections.
Moving calls to TV from laptop and vice versa can sometimes be confusing.
No Linux app :(

Frequency in requesting feedback feels a bit needy. Sometimes connections are not great and there is a lot of feedback if other parties are not on mute.

We've had a few issues with users downloading the software and having issues installing. It would be great if we could record meetings. Hard wire required. No wi-fi ( I understand for quality reasons). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is easy to use, easy to create new "sessions" and that the transition from share screen to share on TV is really fast. The picture quality and sound is good, and the mic picks up my voice well enough where I don't have to yell across the room during a session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be a little tricky to set up if you're doing a complicated configurations such as having a video call with a colleague, while presenting on a screen and maintaining access to speaker notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
