It's easy to install, easy to setup meeting and so far has worked pretty darn good. I know my 'dislike' list looks long but it is really just things they can work on or update. So far our users have been happy with this solution, especially since they do not have to go through long, drawn out setup processes to start a meeting. I think it can be a little confusing for a normal user on how to switch back and forth with who is presenting and sharing. After you click on a meeting it takes a little bit for it to pop up, which makes my users a little anxious and they start thinking they didn't click the link so they keep clicking but that to me doesn't break our opinion on it. I also think that the 'Video Call' should be called 'Create a Video Meeting' or something along those lines. I constantly get users getting confused when they want to create a video meeting and share their screen. The other option is 'Share screen to TV' which makes it confusing for them. With some TV's you need to buy external speakers and turn off the speakers on the TV because it causes annoying feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity and ease of use. Starting a call is as simple as using the app on your phone or computer and throwing it to the device if you have one around. Or, you can not even use the device and have calls between phones, computers, and tablets and you can mix and match as you like. The ability to have calls without having to use the actual unit is huge! That, coupled with the fact that everyone on the company domain gets a free account has been a major win.
