What do you like best about Highfive?

The ability to sling from my laptop to the highfive hooked up on the conference room TV is great, from screensharing to just being the meeting host, it's all very well thought out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highfive?

Recommendations to others considering Highfive:

I honestly haven't used a better solution - I've used other professional solutions at other jobs like Zoom, as well as Google/Skype and such, and while this has some performance issues, they all really seem to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Glad to hear that you're enjoying Highfive, Edward! I have some good news on the CPU usage: over the next couple months, we're rolling out an update to the Highfive app that will drastically improve this. You'll notice a lot less CPU and battery usage.

What do you like best about Highfive?

Connect is more stable than Skype - particularly for group video conference and screensharing. We also haven't had any issues with the video cameras going in and out with the update of Windows 10 - unlike with skype.

You can see up to 3 participants at once, even if there are more on the call. Screen sharing is simple and doesn't tend to slow down the call (i.e. create a delay in response).

Fairly easy to get others to join the call whether by downloading the software or just copying the URL for them. Also the HighFive camera is wide angle and easily captures the landscape of an entire office, not just one person's face. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highfive?

Minor microphone issue - sound would go in and out - but they have issued a patch (I was contacted by a rep personally to troubleshoot). We haven't experienced an issue since.

When you're the presenter and are screen sharing, you cannot see the other participants, nor yourself. However, the participants can see both your screen and other video feed. So, it's hard to know how things are being received. You have to rely completely on audio cues.

We have 2 members of the corporate team who permanently have remote offices. This allows us to connect for our group meetings easily.

As it doesn't have messaging, we also have a fairly uninterrupted meeting experience. (no pings from other people which can be quite distracting) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've put in a lot of work to increase stability and quality of video calls, but we know there's still more to do. Also, it looks like Graphiq recently purchased our new Professional bundle to update a few of your meeting rooms with the Highfive and Dolby audio device. I'd definitely suggest checking out the rooms with a Dolby device as you'll experience the industry's best audio.

Thanks for your review! I have some good news: over the next couple months, you should see significant improvements to quality so that performance is more consistent even your WiFi isn't so "solid."
