No having to use Skype or Hangouts anymore! Only a handful of dropped calls since we switched to Highfive, and those were largely due to network issues on my end. The quality of the video sets the bar much higher for the rest of the web conferencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular. Sometimes the peripherals do not pick up on sound as well as could be expected for a paid service, but is still setting a high bar of quality in an area of tech that lacks it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the clean simple layout, it is a very streamlined video conference solution. If you know your unique meeting name, then you will be instantly brought into the meeting without any real menu system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The screen sharing features seem to still be getting ironed out, had a couple stutters and drops during my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sound quality is great, when we have our daily scrum meetings we can usually have conversations without stepping over each other because of delay or not being able to hear others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The video can be lacking at times. Although to compensate HighFive seems to gray scale the video which does help a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is very simple to use, very intuitive, for the basic functions which is all I want to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of our conference rooms are not equipped with Highfive yet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use both from internal network access, but also from folks in multiple remote locations. Work with teams in three internal locations, but also with consultants and folks working from home on varying intervals. Big win.

It would be nice to be able to present audio on a Highfive equipped monitor/screen. Local recordings (such as from a pre-recorded video) can be presented via Highfive, but the audio comes from the source laptop, and not the TV screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Highfive is easy to use and provides good quality video and audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say that I dislike anything. However, we initially had difficulty with sound due to being in an old building with a loud A/C unit. Highfive provided a tabletop audio addition that makes it much better. Also, I would like the ability to zoom in, because one of the conference rooms used in another city within our company is a large room, which makes it difficult to see the faces of the folks in the meeting. The user interface. Clean and clear experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This might not be related to Highfive, but I notice a lot of connectivity issues. The mic's quality doesn't seem optimal either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The video is clear and the audio tracks well with it. It's very easy to launch and share my screen to any of the televisions in the conference room, and the proximity detection works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't want to leave feedback after every call. How many times do I have to say no to leaving feedback before you'll stop asking? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity of connectivity and use when operating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
audio hub &/or display device configuration not always recognized as needed (~30% of the time). Requires restart (~60 sec). Native resolution issues for some Mac Books. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highfive has a great user interface. I figured it out the very first time I used it in about three seconds. I have used it for external client meetings that they also have had very little trouble figuring out the software. It performs well during the meeting. Another thing I like is how easy it is to setup a conference, all you do is type in the name of the conference and it has started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is almost too easy to setup a room. I setup a standup meeting with our scrum team once and forgot to type the difference between "standup" and "stand-up." Half of our team went one place and half of the team wen the other place. It is mostly user error in that instance, and the solution is easy (the application allows you to copy a link to the meeting with the push of a button), but it is something that I missed when I was using the software.
