What do you like best about HigherVisibility?

What do you like best about HigherVisibility?
On customer service, Whitney is the best. Her timeliness, professionalism and ease of which to reach and get answers and solutions is probably perfect.
On products, I cannot say enough about Andy and my new site. Additionally other services including SEO, PPC and high DA link building have led to much higher site traffic and customer conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about HigherVisibility?
As an SEO firm, they obviously focus heavily on the greatest SEO impact for my site. But I would appreciate more attention to my business differentiation which is what attracts the highest paying clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a seasonal business, so in the winter, we basically shut down. The expense of Higher Viz is still there during our slow season, so it would be nice if they offered a package for seasonal businesses when business is slow to help with costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
