What problems is Higharc solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem Higharc is solving greatly improves the ability to make changes to our plan by being able to make one change that can change all plans. By being able to have all our plans in a more uniform way of doing things. We will be able to make more plans with more features without the hassle of having to change one thing at a time. It is a very expansive resource not only in the drawing aspect but in being able to be utilized for the sales team, with eventually being able to provide to be built in our repertoire. "Early Thoughts On Higharc"

What do you like best about Higharc?

We are currently in the onboarding process of Higharc. We decided to embark on this journey for the ease of transitioning the sale of a home to the start of a home. Taking a customer facing interface and turning it into a set of buildable CDs is amazing. We are looking forward to the many other awesome things that Higharc can provide, such as procurement. What do you dislike about Higharc?

Not sure what to say here, so far we have loved everything about Higharc. There are weekly meetings, and sometimes it feels over-the-top, but I understand the process of them. If we create/build things correctly upfront, we have a much better chance of launching it to our team successfully. We are starting our Studio training and the things we have talked anout are becoming more clear, such as the CDM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Higharc solving and how is that benefiting you?

It will provide accurate site specific CDs that benefit our internal builders as well as our trades. The ease of which we will be able to access updated plans, in real time, is a major benefit of Higharc. What do you like best about Higharc?

Higharc enables many capabilities in all aspects of our business. Drafting and Architecture are a big shift in thinking and help to set up a strong product strategy. In Sales and Marketing it allows us to communicate more clearly to our customers what they will be getting with their home. I can't call this a dislike, but the transition from other drafting softwares is a learning curve. There's a mindset and strategy that are just different with it. It takes some patience up front especially if you've been using another tool for a decade. There is tremendous value that comes downstream in the maintenance and usage of all your plans. "Learning Higharc Studio has been an amazing experience"

What do you like best about Higharc?

Most CAD programs are slow, taxing on a computers hardware, and often make processes take longer than needed. I like the fact that Higharc is web based and isnt super taxing on the computers hardware. I also like the speed at which everything operates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Higharc is transforming how we approach building by integrating cutting-edge technology with user-friendly design tools. The ability to quickly generate detailed home plans that meet our customers' unique needs has streamlined our design process and will significantly reduced the time to get from concept to build. The visual representation of homes is particularly impressive, allowing our customers to see exactly what their future home will look like, which enhances their confidence in their decisions. The only thing I have disliked, which I knew we would struggle with is getting all our plans in the platform and waiting on certain features to become fully available and ready. Like I mentioned, we knew going into implementation that we would be developing some features as we view Higharc as a Partner, not a company we subscribe software from.
