Most CAD programs are slow, taxing on a computers hardware, and often make processes take longer than needed. I like the fact that Higharc is web based and isnt super taxing on the computers hardware. I also like the speed at which everything operates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the lack of tools that would make drafting through studio easier/smoother, however, with that being said, the changes and features we would like to be implamented into studio have been addressed and will be looked into in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It solves a large portion of our problems as a semi-custom/high end production builder. It is the only truly connected platform that we have found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only downside is the methodology of drafting a house based on logic and rooms instead of the way we learned using AutoCAD and Revit. It's just a learning process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Higharc is transforming how we approach building by integrating cutting-edge technology with user-friendly design tools. The ability to quickly generate detailed home plans that meet our customers' unique needs has streamlined our design process and will significantly reduced the time to get from concept to build. The visual representation of homes is particularly impressive, allowing our customers to see exactly what their future home will look like, which enhances their confidence in their decisions. The customer support has been great! They are always willing to hear feedback and work with us on feature enhancements or requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I have disliked, which I knew we would struggle with is getting all our plans in the platform and waiting on certain features to become fully available and ready. Like I mentioned, we knew going into implementation that we would be developing some features as we view Higharc as a Partner, not a company we subscribe software from. Higharc is an innovative product that is transforming the way we take customers through the process of designing and envisioning their home. This program is taking us to the next level in terms of providing customers a more thorough, comprehensive way of viewing their home in 3D in realtime as we customize it to their preferences. Even more exciting, it creates a great, shareable package of media for them to show family and friends. Customers are excited about the ability to have so much more instant imagery and tangible visuals while planning their home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because Higharc is breaking new ground in the industry, there are inherently some growing pains. Higharc does a great job of addressing these quickly and working as a collaborative partner with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Higharc has changed the way we conduct our business. People are very visual and respond better to visual representation of the product. Higharc has taken our product lineup and is able to create visual representation of the specific home that each lot will be. Having option specific and handing specific plans has made us much more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is still a little difficult to manuvuer through. It could be a little more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's an intuitive and utilitarian solution to a very complex and complicated set of problems and inneficiencies in our industry. The platform has an extensive number of features, but it doesn't require the use of all of them to generate value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly nothing - I would've liked to have a better understanding into onboarding timing, etc - but that is just as much on the user as it is on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to revolutionize the design process, offering tools that streamline project planning, enhance visualization, and improve overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve and implementation of Higharc didn't allow us to see the benefits as quick as we originally thought. We currently have 50% of our communities available for our customers and sales agents to use and have not began seeing any benefits from the Higharc CD sets as we work through that implementation. The fact that its a one stop shop from the point of sale with the customer all the way to the construction set of plans/permit set. Specific to the customer selected options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any implentation of new software, change is always bothersome to some employees while learning a new way to do their job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The visualization of homes is the center piece for the product and happens to be what I like best about the product. It is a huge sales and marketing component that can help kickstart leads and ramp up the sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The complexities of updating data in the backend, and confusing between Legacy Showroom and Showroom Intro. Updating in operations, the CDM, and Showroom Intro becomes convoluted and not certain if I am being efficient with my updating methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
