For example, searching a key phrase contained within documents (policies, procedures, records) and being able to find the relevant document. Also, the customer support is not good. At times it is openly hostile, suggesting that a platform wide issue is user error. It has proven to be very effective is its management of document creation, change management and overall risk management including well structured SOA.
