It does not necessarily lend itself well to our organisation and being very agile and needing real time snapshots. Maybe there is a way to make it more dynamic but it's not clear how to dod so. I really appreciate HiBob HRIS for its easy, intuitive, and nice customizable UI that doesn't require a 400-500 page manual. I love the homepage, feed, and widgets the most because they make everything easily accessible, providing a great user experience from the very first impression. It's impressive how anyone can log in and find their way easily regardless of their aptitude. The setup process was very simple with a clear road map, great support, and project management. I also value the sheer volume of changes and improvements, and how the company listens to the community to enhance the product. I think for admins, there needs to be a much more granular level of functionality. Expanding calculated fields and allowing more automation would really help. Also, calculated fields cannot be added in a table, which is a bit limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about HiBob is that it's user-friendly and has an employee-centric design. Other HR systems I've used feel clunky and harder to use, whereas HiBob makes it easy for employees, managers, and HR teams to engage with people processes through an intuitive interface. I use HiBob HRIS for our company's HR system, including employee records, structure, time off, attendance, and talent management. I like how our ATS integrates robustly with HiBob HRIS, syncing perfectly. The service system stands out and is beneficial, along with the time-off policy section and time sheet capture module. The system captures every employee's attendance and leave information in a perfectly synced way, while the service system documents every ongoing task, making everything easily aligned with the team. The talent module, with its career development and succession plans, provides a robust framework for employee career growth and visibility, benefiting our organization significantly. I sometimes find the data capture system for attendance a bit challenging. Specifically, the clock-in and clock-out functions can be a little laggy at times through the mobile app. It's usually due to network issues, the employer's mobile device, or other system-related problems. There are many things I like about HiBob HRIS. The custom fields and categories are all reportable, and it’s great having all employee data in one place, from hire to retire. I really find the AI features of HiBob HRIS helpful, especially the chatbot when I'm having trouble locating something. The automation features are fantastic too, handling automated exit documents, compensation documents, and onboarding and offboarding tasks. The user experience is spot on, with an appealing design, ease of use, and lots of helpful resources and community support. I appreciate how clear and easy the reporting is, along with the customizable columns, filters, and the handy templates created by HiBob for different report types. The org chart allows for easy filtering by employment status, department, and team, and the directory is useful for sending tasks or e-signature documents. I think the biggest would be not being able to add 2 or more templated reports together, like not being able to add equity and variable pay in the same report. Also, I'd like a way to send an employment letter automatically. Having a way to filter calendars by departments, like having blackout dates where certain teams can't take PTO, would be helpful. The design makes it easy to navigate, and it integrates well with other systems. The new AI features are improving processes that usually take up a lot of time, and the overall onboarding for new features is also straightforward.
