There's honestly nothing I like about HHAeXchange. They do have a few people who try to provide the best service possible on the front end, but when it comes to getting callbacks or response emails, it rarely happens. They're quick to send surveys, though. There is a free version for caregivers and caregiver agencies that Michigan offers in partnership with MDHHS, which seems to be pretty good and is a nice offering. They have not solved anything for me and are holding me hostage for a billing contract that was not fairly presented by their sales department. The expensive contract wasn't what I wanted, and I can't afford it. They have horrible customer service, rarely getting a callback or response email. The pricing for the enterprise version should be geared towards small businesses instead of being priced like it's for big companies.
