"Great Tool to Spread Positivity in the Workplace"

What do you like best about HeyTaco?

This tool is extremely user-friendly, and I especially appreciate the rewards feature. However, what I value most about the app is the ability to give colleagues instant kudos. Installation was straightforward, and I find myself using it daily. Although I haven't needed to contact customer support, I have noticed that their updates are frequent and consistently excellent. What do you dislike about HeyTaco?

"My Experience with HeyTaco: Great for Recognition and Team Help"

What do you like best about HeyTaco?

I really like several things about HeyTaco and how it's impacting our team.

It makes giving recognition incredibly easy and fun. HeyTaco is perfect for acknowledging the smaller, but still very valuable, efforts and assists that happen constantly within a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyTaco?

There's very little I dislike about HeyTaco. It's a simple, effective, and fun tool that does exactly what we need it to do for peer recognition.

Yet I find it that once a reward is claimed (I claimed 25 Taco sweet and fun treet) so its out of stock and anyone having 28 or 30 tacos need to run for 40 taco reward. Very likely depends on ORG level thing that can be solved by increasing stock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HeyTaco solving and how is that benefiting you?

It addresses the challenge of ensuring everyday efforts are recognised. In the fast-paced environment of IT, it's easy for smaller contributions and acts of help to go unnoticed within the daily rush. HeyTaco provides a simple and visible way for team members to acknowledge these efforts in the moment, preventing that "silent gratitude" problem where good deeds aren't seen.

HeyTaco actively encourages a culture of offering help and collaboration. The benefit here is a more collaborative and supportive team dynamic. We're seeing increased instances of colleagues readily helping each other, sharing knowledge, and working together more seamlessly, which ultimately contributes to a more positive and productive work environment.
