## Iris Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined RFP Collaboration with Iris

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I love how easy Iris makes the process by allowing us to do everything in one location rather than using a bespoke tracker or messaging coworkers for assistance. It provides a single source of truth for our RFPs, with centralized approved answers we can easily update. I appreciate its ability to learn with each RFP completion. Instead of rewriting the same answers, once the project is uploaded, Iris already suggests answers, which we can easily modify. It's so helpful to start with a structured answer rather than a blank slate. I also like being able to assign questions to individuals within our organization. The initial setup was super easy, and we were able to backload some completed RFPs to build our knowledge hub. Additionally, I value the Iris web extension for its functionality when RFPs are posted in a portal. The team continually adapts and provides us with new features, making our monthly meetings with the Iris team productive, ensuring issues are addressed and improvements are consistent.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Nothing, so far its been great!

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iris to streamline and enhance collaboration in the RFP process. It provides a single source of truth with centralized "approved answers" that update easily and improve with each use, avoiding repeated manual answers. Assigning tasks is in one place, simplifying what was manual work.

  ### 2. Effortless Security Questionnaire Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casandra W. | Principal GRC Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Iris is incredibly easy to use and to train. It's adaptive to our needs and works without bugs or challenges, even on complicated questionnaires. The initial setup was very easy, and we had it up and running in a day. Iris has cut down on time to answer security questionnaires by 75%. Additionally, when we encounter an edge case, Iris' support responds quickly.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Sometimes we run into an edge case that requires a request to Iris' support to work around.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris cuts down the time to answer security questionnaires by 75%, making it incredibly easy to use and adapt to our needs without bugs, even on complicated questionnaires.

  ### 3. Effortless Security Questionnaires with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex N. | Operations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I like how easy it is to upload a questionnaire into Iris and use the auto analyze AI tool to outline the specific questions versus answers sections. I also appreciate that you can export the finalized responses and that it provides files with all of the policies or reports attached. The ability to auto-annotate cells to identify if they are an answer cell, dropdown, section, or question, makes it easy to import the questionnaire and start answering as soon as possible. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and the team was super helpful in getting us started.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Nothing that I can think of!

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iris to quickly respond to security questionnaires. It helps fill out these questionnaires efficiently by making it easy to import and auto-annotate sections. I like the auto analyze AI tool and exporting features which streamline this process. I also enjoy using the Chrome extension for one-off questions.

  ### 4. Simplifies RFPs with Intuitive AI and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave S. | Strategic Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I really appreciate how easy Iris is to use, and it requires minimal training for users to become productive. The flexibility in applying their AI to respond to RFPs is a big plus. I can adjust the tone of the responses from one RFP to another, or even at a section or individual level. It's impressive that we can get a first pass of responses for all questions in just a few minutes, complete with confidence scores for each answer. The AI, by using our actual content, provides a solid starting point, allowing us to quickly tweak answers or source responses directly through Iris for those that have low confidence. The initial setup of Iris was also extremely easy. Additionally, the integration with Confluence and Highspot keeps our information up-to-date without needing to manage content separately.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

The main area I would like to see improvement is the ability for Contributors to answer questions directly from Slack/email. Collaborators are not core users of Iris, however they are engaged by the team when assistance is needed for questions without a strong answer. It would improve ease of use if answers could be provided directly via email or Slack and have Iris get updated.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris streamlines the RFP process, reducing completion time. It's easy to use with minimal training, offers flexible AI for personalized responses, and gives quick first-pass answers with confidence scores, saving us time and effort.

  ### 5. Iris AI Delivers Fast, Accurate Answers for Tight RFx Timelines

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Iris?**

The AI component of Iris makes it very easy to get answers I need quickly when attempting to respond to RFx projects that have short timelines. I really love how you can filter the available answers based on product or other tags that have been created in Iris. For an organization like ours that has multiple products being hosted in different cloud environments these filters are critical.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

At this point I've not encountered anything I dislike about Iris. When I consider what is most important to me with this type of technology it's ease of use, accuracy of answers and ability to access exactly what I need in short order and Iris definitely checks the box.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris helps our team respond to RFPs and VSQs quickly with accurate and approved responses without burdening our team that already has a ton on their plate. Iris is so intuitive and easy to use that as a sales rep I don't need to ask my sales engineering team to fill out these requests for me. I can do it myself because other requests we've responded to in the past have been ingested into Iris to create an answer library that is dynamic and easy to access and find the answers I need to complete these forms quickly, accurately and without burdening my colleagues.

  ### 6. Accelerates Insights and Decision-Making with Clear, Actionable Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily L. | Senior Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Our users call out how quickly it helps them surface the right insights during research and workflow planning. The tool does a great job consolidating information across different sources, and the summaries are clear, actionable, and easy to share internally. It’s been valuable to see how much time it saves the team and how often they rely on it to accelerate decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

There haven't been any major issues, and my team has mentioned that the Iris team is very responsive whenever questions arise.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris is helping our teams cut down the time spent gathering research, context, and competitive or product insights. Before Iris, people were digging through multiple tools and documents to piece together information; now they can get a consolidated, accurate summary in minutes. The biggest benefit is speed; teams move faster, have clearer context earlier in their workflows, and can make more informed decisions without getting bogged down in manual research.

  ### 7. Generative AI in Iris Speeds Up RFP Response

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey W.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I really like Iris because it's been a force multiplier for our small RFx team. It allows us to respond faster than we used to be able to. The generative AI is particularly impressive as it understands the intent behind RFP questions and generates clear, well-structured, and highly relevant responses from our Knowledge Map. This means we start with strong, usable drafts instead of a blank page, reducing the turnaround time dramatically and preventing team burnout. Additionally, I really appreciate the integration with Salesforce, which speeds up the process of creating new projects. Iris is competitively priced and comes with more integrations compared to what we used previously.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Having an approved answer library which I know they are building will be immensely helpful. Also being able to deal with more complex spreadsheet-based RFP templates.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris acts as a force multiplier for our small RFx team, allowing us to respond faster to RFIs and RFPs. The generative AI produces clear, well-structured drafts from our Knowledge Map, speeding up response times and enabling us to handle more RFPs without burning out.

  ### 8. Iris Saves Us Tens of Hours on RFPs with Fast Onboarding and Trusted Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Iris saves our team tens of hours of manual work throughout the RFP process. The onboarding was quick, and the AI is constantly learning and improving its responses over time. The qualification metrics have been a great way to understand product fit, set expectations, and allocate resources appropriately across the deal. The Iris team is responsive and has acted as trusted advisors on best practices during the purchasing process and post-implementation.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Not much to complain about. Our RFP review process is much more efficient.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up RFP response process and helping to qualify the opportunity.

  ### 9. Revolutionized Our Revenue and Collaboration Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I love using Iris as a revenue tool because it not only provides AI-native features, but it also offers collaboration and quality that we've never had before. I find the RFP/RFI response automation incredibly useful as it quickly answers repetitive questions, giving my Solutions Engineers more time to focus on strategic aspects. I really appreciate how it spots inconsistent data and outdated information, keeping our knowledge fresh and accurate in a constantly changing software environment. The integration with tools like Slack and Salesforce is seamless. I also liked that we were able to complete our first RFP in just 15 minutes, which was unexpectedly fast.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

I don't like that Iris can't invent answers on its own and will say 'not enough info' when trying to build an answer.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iris to automate RFP/RFI responses, saving time for my Solutions Engineers to focus on strategy. It also helps spot inconsistent and outdated data, keeping our information accurate and up-to-date.

  ### 10. Streamlined RFP Process with Iris

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nav R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I appreciate that Iris helps us with bandwidth constraints when responding to RFPs and RFIs by having pre-approved answers in our knowledge base, which cuts down the effort by over half. I like that if I re-write an answer, Iris logs the new answer for future submissions, which is very useful. This feature allows us to create a pre-approved template for novel questions, reducing time spent searching through old bids or duplicating efforts. Also, the initial setup of Iris was very easy, which was great for our team.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

na

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iris to handle bandwidth constraints and cross-departmental coordination for RFPs with pre-approved answers, cutting effort by over half. Its ability to log new responses creates a ready template for future use, saving time and reducing duplicative effort.

  ### 11. Dependable Precision for RFP Responses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellie C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I love how Iris does not fabricate answers and instead, opts to say "not enough info" rather than providing incorrect information. This accuracy and honesty in response generation are crucial, especially when dealing with sensitive data or precise requirements. I find it incredibly beneficial that Iris queries our old RFPs, efficiently pulling relevant past responses and formulating answers directly from the data we have provided. This capability not only saves time but also enhances the reliability of our responses. Additionally, I really appreciate the ease of the setup process for Iris, which was very straightforward and seamless, allowing our team to begin utilizing the software with minimal delay.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Sometimes Iris produces responses that sound overly robotic, though this can be mitigated by using custom instructions. Additionally, it tends to aggregate multiple responses rather than selecting a single, relevant answer from previous RFPs that directly addresses the requirement.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iris for RFP responses as it retrieves accurate past data to formulate new answers without fabricating information, unlike previous tools.

  ### 12. Implementation was seamless and we saw results on our very first project,

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Borna A. | Security Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Iris?**

We were impressed with how easy it was to get started — implementation was straightforward, with clear guidance and minimal disruption to our workflows. Within our very first project, we were already seeing meaningful results, which really validated the choice we made.

What stood out even more was the responsiveness of the team. Any time we had a question or needed support, they were quick to respond with practical solutions and a genuine willingness to help us succeed. It’s rare to find a vendor that combines strong technology with such a supportive partnership.

If you’re looking for a solution that gets up and running quickly, delivers value right away, and comes with a highly engaged team, I would strongly recommend this software.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

No dislikes that were identified during using the product.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has streamlined our RFP and security questionnaire process by making implementation seamless, delivering measurable results from the very first project, and enabling our team to respond far faster and more efficiently. With the vendor’s outstanding responsiveness and support, we’ve reduced turnaround times, improved accuracy, and freed up resources to focus on higher-value work.

The onboarding experience was great, with hands-on support every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

  ### 14. Iris Makes RFP Management Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha D. | Product Marketing Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Iris has been extremely helpful in simplifying the request for proposal process on my team. it's been super easy to assign different teams or users directly to questions without having to go back and forth over teams.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

nothing. this has been a really great team and product to work with.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris simplifies the project management aspect of responding to these bids. Their were two types of companies - new entrants and legacy players. most new entrants were good at answering RFPs but terrible at project management, most legacy players (Q&A banks) were great at project management and terrible at responses. Iris blended both those experiences pretty seamlessly.

  ### 15. Spectacular Analyzer Insights and Outstanding Support from Jonah V.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cynthia H. | Strategic Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Iris?**

The analyzer is spectacular, and the insights into company data, competitors, and more are incredibly helpful. But the best part is our AM/PM, Jonah V. He’s always excited to share new updates and useful tricks, and that enthusiasm really comes through.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

I’d like the analyzer to be available as a downloadable form, and I’d also really appreciate having multiple go/no-go templates to choose from.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed is the number one benefit. We can analyze a lot more RFPs without bogging anyone else down, which means we’re able to respond to more RFPs overall.

Nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 17. Transforms RFP Responses with Ease

**Reviewed by:** Ben P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Iris really simplifies my responses to RFPs and saves me time when reviewing long RFPs. I like how it simplifies lengthy documents, cutting down the time I need to read and answer questions. The initial setup was extremely easy and quick, and I appreciate that there's really nothing I would change about it. It's great!

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Nothing so far!

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Iris to simplify my RFP responses, saving me time by reducing the effort to review long documents and quickly answer questions.

  ### 18. The time savings and the answer quality are both amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Like many of you reading this review, I have to deal with responding to questionnaires that come in various formats. Dealing with completing questionnaires within one of the many disparate platforms (ProcessUnity, TruSight, KY3P, Whistic and so on) is a challenge in and of itself. Then there are the dreaded Excel file questionnaires, fingers crossed as the XLS is opening to see if it has 12 tabs with a total of 375 questions. Sometimes, the Word or PDF questionnaires are a gift because they tend to be less questions. Whatever the case may be, I’ve found that HeyIris saves an incalculable amount of time, plus, she enforces consistency in the responses. You can choose “how” she should answer (Directly, Professionally, Casually) and so on, but the key thing is consistency. I used to come across a question, and then scratch my head “Hmm… I answered something like this a few months ago in another questionnaire. Let me search my questionnaires. With HeyIris, she knows what you said in the past. She feeds it to you; she remembers and she also enhances it to make it correct. Maybe you changed technologies. Maybe you drove a Chevy in the past and now you drive a Ford. She will tell you the answer is Ford, and know that Ford is a car, and that cars drive on roads. I have been pleasantly surprised with the response accuracy, and consistency. As for customer support, one thing I want to say is that whenever I needed any help, it has been great. One thing I noticed, too, is that after helping me, and seeing the “wow” expression on my face because the mountain I was facing of a couple days of copy pasting and writing out answers, was done by HeyIris in the span of a few minutes during the call. At the end of it, the customer support person genuinely seemed to be proud of what the product does and had a smile just like mine. One last thing I want to add is that the right click ask Iris feature is really good, especially for the platforms. Sometimes the people giving us the questionnaires add comments into a comment box asking for clarifications. Those cannot be exported into Excel. So the right-click, highlight the question, ask Iris method is great for those. She provides the answers on the right side, and you can choose which answer and then copy paste.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

This is not a dislike; this is a tip. When feeding knowledge to Iris, make sure you upload good, sanitized, accurate information. Be wary of uploading older questionnaires, for example, because you might have changed a particular technology since then. Using cars as an example, if your answer on a questionnaire from 2 years ago was "We drive a Ford" but since then, your company changed to "Chevy" it is worth taking the time to check your files to make sure they say Chevy. Yes, you can fix it later if you feed her misinformation. But it is just better to start with good information. Garbage In, Garbage Out as the saying goes.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris saves time. The volume of "security question nares" to fill out has grown tremendously. And the formats they come in are disparate. The amount of time Iris has saved is unquantifiable. (That is an oxymoron... Trying to save she saves me a lot of time)!!!

  ### 19. Great software and easy to use!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

The platform is straightforward and packed with exactly what we need to shift our focus from managing the process to improving the quality of our responses. The team has been fantastic, always responsive, open to feedback, and quick to roll out improvements based on our suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Would like to see some more integrations, but I know the team is growing and continuing to add

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris streamlines our proposal process by bringing all content into one place, automating the routine work, and keeping every response consistent and professional. With less effort, our team can tackle more opportunities, move faster, and still deliver high-quality proposals boosting our win rates while easing the workload on our staff.

  ### 24. Great tool that's still developing its full potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

We primarily use Iris as a query tool for our salespeople, sort of an in-house ChatGPT.

Iris is extremely easy to set up and use for just about anyone. It integrated seamlessly with our SSO, training took about an hour, and the interface is easy to get around. It is very friendly for people who are not tech-savvy, and the support team is very hands-on and willing to help. They joined our in-house Slack as guests to make them easy to contact.

Its ability to query is also very effective. You can tailor the experience for various users by tagging the resources Iris pulls from. The confidence scores it produces are generally accurate and it responds well to correction.

Iris is also very good at filling in RFP questionnaires that come in Excel format. Importing them is easy and this format is particularly suited to AI writing. This has saved us a lot of time for tech questionnaires and similar responses that don't require much finesse, only bruteforce labor.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

As a platform, Iris is great at doing what it says on the tin. The only issue I really have with it is that it is sometimes a bit slow. Most of its issues are due to AI itself, not the platform.

Iris has the same big limitation as any AI writing tool: the writing is often just okay. It cannot make a nuanced point for you, it cannot position your product, and it cannot know your customer as well as you do. It only pulls from YOUR content, which is great because it prevents hallucination, but it also somewhat limits its capabilities and requires a lot of data to work effectively. The content library is very simple - again a double-edged sword because it is easy to use, but also requires a lot of manual updating as your RFP answers change.

Prompting for RFP writing can also be very frustrating - again, this is due to the limitations of AI as a medium rather than Iris itself. It requires specificity about tone and tense and does not respond well to guidelines for length. Iris also cannot handle graphics at this stage, at least to my knowledge.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Iris to prevent duplication of labor by having a queryable database of common questions for salespeople. Rather than have them Slack an SME yet again about an answer that already exists somewhere, they can simply ask Iris and it gives them text ready to go for emails, calls, and documents. It is exceptionally good at this task.

  ### 25. Practical, Fast, and Impactful AI for Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

What I like best about Iris is how quickly it delivers real, production-ready AI results. It’s not theoretical or experimental - it actually solves problems, scales fast, and drives measurable impact for businesses.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

There isn’t much to dislike, but because Iris moves quickly, it can take a little time to keep up with all the new features and updates. Clearer, ongoing user training or quick-start tips would make it even better.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris is solving the challenge of turning AI interest into real, revenue-driving outcomes. Instead of long, complicated AI sales cycles, Iris gives prospects a clear path to value with rapid pilots that convert into full deployments. This shortens deal cycles, increases win rates, and makes it easier to show ROI early in the sales process — which is a huge competitive advantage.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Would love to see more features in the near future, but understand that the team is growing.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris speeds up our response timing by centralizing content, automating repetitive drafting, and ensuring our proposals are consistent and polished. Like all AI dialing in the answers takes some time from a prompt perspective and its good to do some testing early on with the support team to get you thru that learning curve.

Organization, we use Iris as a single location for all RFPs for us and then speed & accuracy

  ### 29. Effortless Customization and Exciting New Features

I really appreciate how easy it is to use and how I can get custom responses, unlike before when I had to take generic replies and edit them myself.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

I don't dislike anything, I'm excited about the roadmap functionality they presented to extend beyond RFPs and Security reviews. Also excited about the new Gong integration coming out.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris solves two main things. speed and accuracy for RFP responses and security reveiws/renewing security audit questions

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Sr. Channel Sales Engineer - Public Sector, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

IRIS introduced a centralized location and consistency to our RFP process. It allows us to leverage existing, internal knowledge via its AI, and ensures the right internal user/team collaborates and contributes.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

It would be cool if you could just point IRIS to a content repository vs. having to manually ingest documents.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency, managing the RFP process, ensuring accuracy, and minimizing recreation of RFP content once it's been authored.

  ### 32. Stellar RFP platform

We haven't run into areas we dislike at this point.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables us to quickly respond to RFP's and security questionnaires.

  ### 33. Game-Changer for RFPs, Still Evolving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

pros: iris has completely changed the way we do rfps it cuts down time from hours to what used to take days.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

cons: the platform is still changing so normal bugs come up every now and then

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris is solving the problem of time-consuming and manual RFP (Request for Proposal) processes. Before using Iris, creating and responding to RFPs could take hours or even days. Now, with its automation and streamlined workflow, Iris drastically reduces that time, by saving effort, increasing efficiency, and allowing teams to focus on higher-value work. This translates into faster turnaround times, improved productivity, and a more scalable process overall.

Everything. Easy to use. Saves so much time. Very organized. AI that's very trainable and useful. Customer support is also great.

I don't love that I need to separately login to Hey Iris and Pro Iris. Wish you can switch between both easily.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 36. Excellent for complex RFPs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

The answers are consistently high quality. We've had no issue with hallucinations, and managing the knowledge base has been very simple. Our turnaround time has become very quick, and we're confident in our answers. We use it for the occasional security questionnaire as well.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Not much! They've already solved for a couple small points of UI feedback from when we started.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made us drastically faster with our rfp responses, which we see a lot of in the travel space. It means we get to go after business we'd pass on otherwise.

  ### 37. Very quick and effective onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I like how easy it is to manage and find content in my library. I was able to get up and running in one week and responded to our first RFP in the first month.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Minor bugs here an there as they continue to build the product. Nothing that outweighs the benefits.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small non-profit business It took me a long time to identify and qualify RFPs. Iris helps me do that. It has also cut down the time it takes me to respond from about two weeks to two days.

  ### 38. Effective RFP automation tool - produces real, valuable answers. Saves me hours, days on large RFPs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pj S. | Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

The AI Iris uses produces authentic answers, nothing that feels overly saturated by AI wordsmithing. It truly reads from previous content and answers questions correctly and with added value, allowing my team and I to remove the need to brainstorm around every question on an RFP, and just review the output, changing a just a few answers. The tool is simple, easy to use, and was implemented quickly, allowing us to get to work as soon as we got our hands on the software.

The company is small/agile enough to develop product at a rapid rate - it seems like new features are released every time you jump into the platform.

The team is incredible, from rallying around any concerns, to implementing solutions instantly, and jumping on late night calls to answer questions about RFPs when getting started, they're dedicated to their customer's success.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

I've only had two things I've disliked about Iris to date, and both have been addressed in product releases within a month of our go-live. One was the ability to take bulk actions on the questions to mass update reviewers or certain items, and the other was to export in the original format. The team heard these concerns and implemented them before we even input our 2nd project.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company consistently has to fill out detailed, technical RFPs, which can take up to days depending on the length and complexity. Iris uses our previously submitted RFPs and any content about our organization to widdle this process down to an hour or two.

  ### 43. Streamlined RFPs & Security Questionnaires with AI

It helps us answer RFP and security questionnaires faster.

  ### 45. Number 1 RFP tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

I have tried a handful of tools to help increase efficiency around the RFP process and Iris is the only one that has actually worked. Any tool can be accurate and pull from the right sources, it is the extra features that make Iris incredible like 1) confidence scores 2) being able to natively push back to original formats 3) collaboration with colleagues and 4) being able to use iris for one off questions as well as for entire rfps. Their team is incredible and extremely responsive to feedback,.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Nothing. Any time I have feedback, the team is quick to be on it and keep me updated along the way.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a non-profit, we complete a ton of proposals and as a lean team, it was hard to complete as many as we'd like. With Iris, we can keep the team at our current size and scale our responses to proposals.

  ### 46. Hands down the best RFP tool I have ever seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir D. | Presales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

The platform is super powerful and flexible, while being very easy to use. The AI capabilities are real, and brought immediate value to our organization. Our biggest painpoint - which Iris addressed in a big way - was how quickly we are able to produce that "first draft" of RFP responses. A process which had previously taken days has been whittled down to hours, and continues to improve as the system learns. We gained immediate value from Iris from day 1.
Onboarding was quick and seamless, and the Iris team is great to work with: Genuinely good people who know their stuff and put the customer first - always seeking feedback on how to improve the Iris experience, and every update has really helpful features.
We are just scratching the surface on leveraging Iris for other uses within my company in addition to responding to RFPs and questionnaires.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

There isn't one thing I dislike about Iris - the one issue we had uncovered during testing (not being able to export responses until the questionnaire was completed) was literally addressed the following week in the next update. Iris has a great team that is keen to listen and continually improve the Iris experience.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our initial problem which Iris is solving is getting a "first draft" of RFP responses completed quickly (and accurately). For the SE team this process would have typically taken days, but Iris churns out the first draft within minutes (and the level of accuracy where we don't need to make any changes) continues to improve. Our first draft is now completed in a fraction of the time with much less effort. Iris has provided value from day 1 - In the short time we have been using Iris, it has become our go to for querying ad-hoc questions that come up in meetings.

  ### 47. A Game-Changer for Infosec Questionnaires – Constantly Improving!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack Y. | Sr Compliance Manager (Security), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Iris is an incredibly useful AI tool for responding to infosec questionnaires. It’s easy to use, affordable, and backed by excellent customer service. What really sets Iris apart is its responsiveness to user feedback; not only do they welcome suggestions, but they actually act on them. The platform keeps improving, making it more efficient and effective by the day.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

There’s always room for improvement, but with the pace of updates and enhancements, any minor limitations are quickly addressed.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris saves time by streamlining infosec questionnaire responses, ensuring consistency, and reducing manual effort. Its continuous improvements make the process even more efficient.

  ### 48. Sales Engineer utilizing IRIS for Enterprise RFP Automation.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan S. | Sales Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

- Ease of use and intuitiveness
- Implementation took 1-2 hours versus days
- Continued enhancements
- Product transparency
- Willingness to learn from customers
- AEs referred to tool as 'Magic Machine'

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

N/A. At the time of purchase, we were performing this process entirely manually.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Time suck of repetitively completing RFPs
- Need to involve Engineers, Product or potentially VPs on each RFP
- Prior to, no shared, accessible repository of organizationally agreed upon responses

  ### 49. Saves time and makes my life much easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Iris has been a total game-changer for our RFP process, saving us tons of time and making everything way more efficient. The AI is super smart, and the platform is really easy to use. Plus, their support team is always helpful and quick to respond. If you deal with RFPs, this is a no-brainer—10/10!

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

Honestly nothing, for such a relatively young company they are so receptive to feedback and respond so quickly.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Iris has been a huge time-saver for our RFP process. Instead of scrambling to pull together responses, the AI does the heavy lifting—finding answers, keeping things consistent, and making collaboration more efficient. It has reduced the stress of tight deadlines and helped us submit stronger proposals. If you work with RFPs, this is a smart investment.

  ### 50. Great RFP Response Automator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Iris?**

Makes it really easy to stick a bunch of questions and use all my previous answers to automate the responses.

**What do you dislike about Iris?**

The only thing I dislike is small enhancements here or that that would help speed things up. Though I’m sure they’ll add them to the platform before too long.

**What problems is Iris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating questions we've already answered as well as helping to answer ones we haven't yet.
