I love this platform as it generates highly convincing videos with even lip syncing of the avatar. We can generate the avatar with super realistic look. This platform AI can generate output of high quality which is really good. Other than this , This platform can also change the language of my uploaded video while cloning my tone and accent to the translated audio. The No code approach and allowing user to communicate the prompt in normal human language makes this platform more powerful. I love the performance of this platform. Right now, the biggest drawback of the free/basic tier is the inability to download watermarked videos. I would highly recommend allowing users a small monthly allotment—perhaps three free downloads per month.

When I first joined, downloading seemed to work, but within the last five days, I wasn’t able to download my latest video. If there is a strict lifetime limit on free downloads (for example, "5 free downloads for the lifetime of the account"), that isn't entirely clear on the interface. If that's the policy, no worries at all—but making that limit explicitly clear in the UI text would prevent a lot of confusion and save users from hitting an unexpected wall. I've tried many AI-generated avatars, but none could capture the real essence of lip syncing and hand gestures like HeyGen. I really don't like the token system. I'm on the creator plan which allows up to 200 tokens, but if the plan expires, the unused tokens are lost. So if I haven't used all my tokens by the time the plan ends, they just disappear. It's not great because I have to buy another plan to get more tokens.
