What do you like best about Heyday AI?

It's cute and user friendly.

Easy to access the chats.

What do you dislike about Heyday AI?

I was finding it hard to link any conversation to Shopify notes and it was difficult to integrate it with Zendesk that we used back then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heyday AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's nice to have the chat bot replying in the first place to the customers to filtrate which one really need human support fomr the ones who just need to find regular information that is already online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Heyday AI?

Number of integrations you can have with Heyday - gmail accounts, Notion, slack, Google, Google meets,Google Drive, Safari and Chrome. It does superb search from all these accounts, bring the results and turn them into notes along with its Generative AI based inputs. Basically it saves lot of time and energy to search and compile information along with proper notes while sending information somewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heyday AI?

They have only considered current popular platforms like slack, notion, and widely used other services like gmail, google, chrome and safari...there are so many companies still using legacy services. for them Heyday should start supporting more integrations.Also it takes bit of time to start using it...needs some learning, they could have been reduced with proper deailed instructions guide. It does create beautiful information that can be used to write follow up emails to our past leads and past accounts, also it pulls out information very quickly that we can share with our top management. What do you like best about Heyday AI?

We just fell in love with it totally as it allows us to stay on top of all our research content and not forget any important information when you need the most. We have saved over $100K INR with the help of Heyday. It makes you feel as if you are being assisted by a human which is the best part of its conversational intelligence. The only thing I believe it should improve is content discovery as sometimes when we are looking for some specific content, we are unable to find it. So, its important that they should work on this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest problem earlier used to be for us was conversational marketing, as we are a leading RMG company and we have to interact with users on a day-to-day basis to improve on the user experience. One of the best ai platform that i came across for improving the sales from the lead that get generated. The chatbot works like a charm.
