What do you dislike about heyData?

Using more graphics could make the explanation more intuitive. However, isn't it missing some important details? For instance, if the data (such as a customer's email, first name, and last name) is already publicly available online, it is no longer considered a data breach (If some how this data is leaked out) under GDPR. Every question is answered in a reasonable time and I was never let down when I had multiple follow-up questions, as GDPR is not an easy topic, which was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bisher haben wir das Problem gehabt, dass wir zwar das Whistleblower Paket gebucht haben, jedoch nicht hinreichend darüber informiert worden sind, dass die interne Meldestelle nicht ordentlich beauftragt war.

Das sollte schnellstmöglich behoben werden, hier sollte seitens heydata dringend eingegriffen haben.

I selected all of the available "purposes" for which I/we use heyData, but none seemed correct.
