What do you like best about Hexway Hive?

The most important thing is usability. No complex or redundant steps into the process. A lot of flexibility and simple interface to the point. It is intuitive and has many possibilities for customization. I think it's very important in order to get a better customer and team experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexway Hive?

When you have a custom template with a different field map, exportation report doesn't work properly.

When you assign a custom component like a status or something like a dashboard card or something global, you have a lot of problems to do this function in a good way, overall for the customer platform (Apiary).

Improper visualization of changes when you already has submitted your first issues and if you already make a link between platforms, you cannot modify anything else in Hive. It's anoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hexway Hive solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Hexway Hive?

This is a well-designed reporting tool for penetration testers. The available features hit just the right spot, and not overbloated with unnecessary and complex features. Installation was straightforward, the UI is easy to navigate, and its support for multiple pentest tools output makes reporting so much easier and faster. There are built-in features for checklists, wiki, and issues database, all of which are useful to aid in pentesting and reporting activities. I especially liked the ability to mark the status of each individual issues, the flexible collaboration features and the ability to publish issues to a separate client portal (Apiary). It's pretty clear this tool was created by pentesters who understands the frustrations and pains of conventional reporting, and have addressed them in this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexway Hive?

There isn't anything specifically to dislike about the app, though there are rooms for improvement to make it an even better app. For example, having more automation flexibility would be a great addition to the features, to allow the app to automatically group, re-rate, or dismiss issues that are commonly found. Well the software seems to be in its early launching stages.

I believe that the installation process could be made better.

Also the User Experience could be refined a bit such that the software has proper error handling in any of the edge case scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
