**What do you like best about Hero?**

I like HERO because it makes employee performance and goal tracking very simple and transparent. It helps teams stay aligned by clearly showing targets, progress, and results in one place. The interface is easy to use, and it improves accountability and productivity without adding unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

One drawback of HERO is that it can feel a bit rigid at times, especially when teams want more customization in workflows or reports. Some advanced features also take time to understand, which can increase the learning curve for new users.

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HERO solves unclear goals and poor performance tracking by keeping everything in one place. It helps me stay focused, accountable, and productive.
