What do you like best about HelpDocs?

It is one of the great platform that aids in better document creation with its great tools. You can adjust its color and content with SEO optimization and also by custom CSS. You can se the article at stale if it is having a product release or even you can reuse your previous data by the clip tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpDocs?

As with all the tools, sometimes due to traffic or any other reason, the software gets a bit buggy which leads to annoyance or have the risk of losing the data. According to my company it also needs some more professional fonts to make the writing mire persuasive and encouraging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
