**What do you like best about Helpdesk 365?**

The tool provides a basis for one to create forms via ticketing in the helpdesk that are easy to file, categorize and delegate. Teams are easily defined and tasks can be attributed to those teams for execution. Editing of the contents is easy once one knows how to do so. The service is excellent as well- attentive, honest and helpful. My experience with Kushal was and remains one of the best experiences.

**What do you dislike about Helpdesk 365?**

Not as intuitive as one would hope, but the service helps bridge that gap. Also, there are some limitations in terms of being able to communicate ticket submissions to other stakeholders.

We are able to use it daily, and It is easy to use.

Screens don't always load properly.  Certain features do not work for us like transferring a ticket.

We are able to track issues that come to us so that we can report it to our company leadership.  We are also able to assess where training/education is needed in our field offices.

Security and data control, this is an amazing feature that I tried to find in other apps but could not as most of the apps if not all, keep control of the data in their cloud.

I was looking for a SharePoint server but they have Microsoft 365 / SharePoint online, I will recommend them to have it for an on-prem server as well as this can serve the purpose for my next project.

It is perfect for a hassle-free onboarding experience and also for quick integration of teams. The initial setup process is easy to follow through. Employee details are displayed in a very readable manner similar to excel sheets. This makes it easier to search along with applying diffferent filters like sorting. The mobile app is really useful for doing things on the go. It comes for both android and iOS. The training part of HR365 has been very useful as it provides with online videos which help in an effective understanding. The pricing is also quite reasonable and not too much expensive. It is great software, especially for a mid-size organization. Lastly, the support provided by the team is quick and resolves any issue with ease.

**What do you dislike about Helpdesk 365?**

There aren't many downsides which I could find. But it only supports the English language. So it is difficult to use with foreign language clients. Also, more features could be built-in along with various integrations.

This is surely one of the best HR software out there. I definitely recommend using it for your organization. Mostly because it is very convenient to use and it is loaded with useful features for HR.
