- this tool is perfect for those who want to acquire new leads, but also for those who want to involve the customers they already have in the interaction;
- it's also great for immediate support for your clients or talks in real-time with your potential customers;

We have used the platform for 9 months and have experienced constant development of features and great support when needed. They also take our feedback into consideration and have released several features that meet our demands.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

Reporting could be improved. We use tags on the chats to be able to report and learn from the topics, but there is no easy way of doing this at the moment.

Customer support. It is really good to be able to help the customers right in context and we have the customer data right on our screen.

Helpcrunch is a program specially designed for sales and marketing specialists, the service allows to interact with customers in real time, highly personalized and efficient allowing to fill with full satisfaction to the customers. The service allows from sending automated messages, implement marketing through emails, knowledge base, pop-ups, mobile applications and chat bot. The wonderful thing about working with this service is its potential innovation, completely modern interface, elegant and functional to work with, great price and guarantee provided by Helpcrunch.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

The mobile application often does not work properly, it is common to see deficiencies in its performance as it is slow, which prevent working with the desired comfort. From my point of view I can say that the service needs documentation for beginners, since the system is so wide that it is very easy to get lost in all the functions that exist.

Helpcrunch is a platform that I could recommend with much tranquility and guarantee because it is a system that can help marketing and sales specialists increase their income, effectiveness of strategies and boost their business. I love the exit pop-ups. I've been testing on some of our pages where we observed our users left earlier and we improved the time they spend on our website thanks to smart pop-ups.

I'd love to have more integrations in place. But this is only a nice-to-have, they already provide great value at a great price.

Provides a very comprehensive list of customer support features at a reasonable price. The live chat feature with customer analytics, automated messages, and knowledge base are all immensely helpful.

We haven't been using the service for a long time but so far I haven't noticed anything I dislike.

Helpcrunch doesn't break the bank unlike the major players like Drift or Intercom, yet it provides and extensive suite of functionality, very comparable to those two.

Nothing specific that I dislike - more native integrations would be nice though.

Other than (possibly) the price. Otherwise nothing.

- The chat is no longer displayed on the site (in a month it happened more than 10 times for more than an hour).
- Customer service not very available
- Their bug mail sending tool and send the same message 10 times a day to my customers

In short, do not trust them.

With HelpCrunch we get this shared email box so that we can manage all our support tickets from one place. We get reports and analytics that we had to pay much more for when using Zendesk.

Nothing really. And the few times we needed support we got an answer within minutes.

Me and my team have been using HelpCrunch for about 3 months. We've made a huge research before choosing it and I can say with no regret that we've made the right decision. It has clean and modern interface, it's easy to use and the best thing is that the support team is always there to help.

The best is the top notch customer support that Helpcrunch delivers. In addition, is very affordable. 
we are happy that Helpcrunch continually keeps adding new features and listen to us, their customers. 
Having Helpcrunch have helped us in many ways, for example, by chatting live with a customer we can find out exactly what they want and need, that allows us to direct that new customers to the right information on our webpage depending on the service they are looking for. It also helps us sell more of our services for sure. It helps us to deliver a top notch customer service to our clients via live chat, or via email communication. 
Overall, Helpcrunch is an awesome live chat app and platform. we love it.

**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

It's lightweight code, doesn't affect my page initial loading speed, yet had a ton of features and all the bells and whistles you would expect from a pro chat agent app. I just love it! The native WordPress integration was one of the main reasons I decided to give Help Crunch a try, and I found it to integrate with WordPress seamlessly. I tried a punch of other help desks/live chat combination apps and by far Help Crunch is the lightest app that didn't really affect my website pages loading speed. Also, the price was unbeatable as I got the lifetime deal which means I don't have to pay any monthly fees to keep the app up and running. This is a must-have live chat app for small businesses like mine.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

It's something that I dislike, but rather a feature request maybe: to enable Zapier integration in the future. I would also love to see some MailChimp and mailer lite integrations in the future. But it's good for what it does without those for now.

**What problems is HelpCrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it as a live chat agent on my website. Most of my visitors would rather have someone to chat with immediately than to send a support ticket or email. In general, it improves conversion rates.

**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

* All-in one messaging, marketing automation, wordpress integration and  Integration via REST API were the four main added values i were looking for and Helpcrunch clearly helps in that direction along with an affordable pricing which is good for small businesses.

* At time of purchase, Knowledge Base was the missing thing i need but Helpcrunch told me it was planned. Then it was delivered as promised.

* Very appreciated features : sending email to offline chat users, automatic follow-ups, widget customization, ability to block a person, privates notes for teammates in chat, merge conversations, the new KB.

* HelpCrunch is opened to consider suggestions for adding them into the roadmap.

* A windows desktop app is something missing but is planned and i 'm confident they will deliver it next year.



**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

* The mobile app : 
- Stability can be improved, the android mobile app often freeze and quickly, we have to kill and relaunch.
- A more ergonomic mobile app and supporting landscape mode is needed.

* What i would suggest is, instead of doing as most competitors by having traditional generic spaces such as kb, forums, tickets areas on the front end; bringing more familiar community space having sense/meaning like questions, ideas, problems... that build a kb, you have example of that in helprace among a few others. The idea is presented here https://helprace.com/self-service-portal

* In the chat windows, you have 2 columns : the user one and the chat itself. I suggest :

a. this windows can be maximized

b. add a third column containing an iframe which content would be, depending of the corresponding selected tab (and for which the user has to provide the url in helpcrunch settings), a forum (like wp foro), a kb (like BWL KB), a QA (like anspress), this would bring useful resources to the operator could quickly use to provide information to the user and this would also be an easy way to bring capabilities that seem to miss in helpcrunch and i though it were implemented (kb, QA, heldesk, forums...)

* I suggest in the chat widget to have a menu with options such as : email transcript, pop out widget, end this chat session. These are simple options but very useful, efficient, that pleased everyone and makes the difference with quite some competitors, so this is the reason why it's my number 2 suggestion.

* A simple feature and very common to see everywhere but absent in Helpcrunch : the visitor does not know when the operator is typing. This is a needed feature.

An affordable solution for my wordpress websites, in both internet and intranet contexts.
The best compromise i found, after evaluating all the competitors, my prefered alternative to some big players.

The combination of a really great UI, excellent iPhone app, developer API, canned responses and integrations are just my highlights of a fully featured solution. 

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

I really only have one niggle when it comes to HelpCrunch and that's some of my favoured integrations aren't available - Zapier, IFTTT and MS Flow. I'm hoping they come along eventually as linking all of these tools together as an SME is where the magic happens.

**Recommendations to others considering HelpCrunch:**

As HelpCrunch is a very cost competitive option, it's a great solution to begin with. Whether I'll ever need something more will be a nice problem to have when the time arises. 

I can definitely recommend taking advantage of the canned responses and the automations - this is where the real value for the SME owner is. Being able to be on the train and answer a potential customers questions one-handed on the iPhone using those is definitely gold dust. You can pre-allocate the canned responses in advance and minimise disruption - a lot of chats are just duplicates and there's also a lot of noise, it's like having Phrase Express without the huge cost and definitely you appreciate being able to type in "10pd" to a customer and seeing "I'm pleased to be able to offer you a 10% discount." appear in the chat.

It's massively helped on solving the challenges of immediate communications that are expected by today's site visitors.

The thing I like the most about HelpCrunch is that they are always ready to answer and help with any difficulties that you may have. You really do feel that they go the extra mile for you. And you get a sense of personalization.

I can't really think of any downsides. Their platform was easy to integrate into our site as they provide full documentation details directly on the website which makes it very easy to follow along.

Helpcrunch offers very reliable service and their staff is always willing to help you meet your needs. I'd recommend this product for anyone who is not tech savvy and is looking for an affordable, scalable live chat platform to generate sales.

We had some pain points trying to setup Helcrunch on one of our pages, especially getting it to look right on mobile. But we had support all the way through which is what really matters. All looking great now.

**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

There are two major benefits to HelpCrunch, their customer service and their versatile features.

They always respond back to us incredibly fast and it's super easy to get help using the chat box right in the app. 

Also, my favorite part is that the number of features they offer for the price point far extends beyond their competitors. Specifically, the ability to add custom CSS is beyond valuable as it allows you to stylize your chat widget for your site in a way that differentiates it from other "cookie-cutter" chat widgets that many other sites use.

I also liked the ability to use HelpCrunch in a versatile way. You can use it both for front-end sales, but also as a "support" system for logged-in customers.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

I've been using HelpCrunch for 6 weeks now and have no real complaints.
If you're on the fence about it, just get it. The team is really supportive so if you encounter any negative problems, they'll be quick to help you.

It's a great service at a very fair price-point

We've gotten tons of valuable feedback from customers who've gotten stuck during the signup process of our website and used our chat widget to contact us and let us know about the problem they were having. If it wasn't for the chat widget, we would have never known these problems were occurring.

**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

3-in-1... the chat/email/and ticketing systems in one spot works great for me.  Being able to tag chats is another plus.  I really enjoy being able to reply to a message and that will automatically be submitted to a visitor or customer if they are not on my website.  From there, the customer has the ability to respond directly from the email.  It is nicely streamlined.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

Android app needs a lot of improvement.  I was told an update would be ready in September 2019, but here it is nearly the middle of October.  I would also like a capture form that allows customers and visitors to sign up for email campaigns (subscription list).  I wish we could make the upload limit of the chat larger than what it currently is.

I'm able to answer customer/visitor questions much faster versus my other method where I used a google form.

I've tried just about every competitor to HelpCrunch, and although some of them were useful tools, they lacked some essential features out of the box. For example, HelpCrunch allows us to modify every aspect of our customer engagement. We can customize all things from initial messages and localizations to styling to our heart's content do to custom icon/chat bubble. Add in the fact that their team is very responsive and helpful, and well, you can't go wrong.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

I was unable to find any noteworthy downsides to the platform as of now. Although with a rockstar team I don't imagine I will any time soon.

HelpCrunch enables us to be more personal with our prospects, clients, followers, and fans. The primary focus for me was to have a tool that was flexible and enabled us to connect with our people in a human more engaging way.

The helpcrunch platform is comprehensive, allowing for my use to grow as my business does.  Curently I use the marketing automation, which works well.  I like that you can segment users into groups and later filter them based on time zone, locale, last seen, number of visits etc to tailor my sales funnel/email sequencing.

My next stage will be to design the use of the chatbot to assist navigation on my site and guide users to closing their transactions (affiliate links).

Not much downside for me, HelpCrunch gives me what I need now and provides the upside to also do what I have planned for the future.

I am so thrilled to use this app. We were looking only an email marketing tool and with this app - we received just more - chat, helpdesk and email automated marketing tool at the same time.

The only issue that I could find that when sending an email - email is signed by help crunch organization instead of a company. Maybe there is a way to change this - but I could find that setting.

Helo crunch's ease of use. I got up and running on the platform in less than 5 minutes.
The introduction UI gave me an up to speed breakdown of what I can do and where to go to get things done.
I like that I can integrate the live chat system into my WordPress websites and also integrate it into an app if I choose it. it takes the edge off live chatting with customers to provide quality customer service

the Helpcunch platform doesn't have a mobile app for live chatting with customers.
I got the subscription because I thought the platform had a mobile app like the WordPress mobile app that allows website owners to log in and edit or update their website. The mobile application support they have allows users to integrate the livechat system into their mobile app development.
This is really cool but not what iIwas expecting...

I think Helpcrunch should have a mobile app like wordpress does for editing website.
In Helpcrunch's case, the mobile app would allow users LiveChat with customers from the app.

SO far, I have encountered no problem.
My use of the live chat system has been great so far. No complaints, only commendations.
And I believe that if I should run into any problem at a later time, the support team would be there to help out.

**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

What I like best about Helpcrunch is the customization of the widget.  They seem to have thought about every possible option and make it really easy to design your chat widget exactly the way you want.  But the customization also goes into the email, the knowledge bases, and all the other features they have.  The UI/UX is well designed and the features are very extensive.  The other great feature in Helpcrunch is the ability to tightly integrate it into your app or process via the javascript api.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

One thing I do not like is the emails all run through HelpCrunch and in the format domain.helpcrunch.com.  I wish there was a way to deliver the emails via your own mail server, more tightly integrated with your brand.   The only other thing I can wish for improvement in is the integration with Slack.  While you can get notification of incoming chats via slack,  what would be excellent is to be able to reply back to those incoming chats via slack.

They have a free trial, give it a try and see how it works for your team.

Helpcrunch solves a few problems,  first and primarily live chat,  but they also offer a lot of personalized popup displays and email marketing based on the activities of your users.  It's great for an in-app experience but also works well with anonymous users on a corporate website.

I found HelpCrunch while trying to find a Knowledgebase solution that was modern and easy to customize. HelpCrunch was the best of the bunch (out of many big name options) with great features such as 'failed searches' and article reactions - awesome to know that it can also take care of our other marketing and support needs as we grow! I can't wait to see how the platform develops.

Almost everything, their support is next to none. We love the UI and UX. The affordable and pocket friendly and main factor for switching from the Zendesk and ignoring the Intercom.
It's so light that don't delay the page uploading.

Their product development is quite robust, just wishes to have more native integrations as provided by the Intercom and Xenoapps. A working and fully automated chatbot will be awesome.

It's one of best tool out there and I humbly recommend it to one and all.

HelpCrunch is one of the best chat apps I have ever used and it offers a great alternative to some of the extremely expensive ones. It is also very reliable and have had almost zero issues with it. I use it on a WordPress site where I have a membership plugin and my users can easily contact me if they need help.

So far we still haven't used Helpcrunch to it's potential, st at the moment the best feature we feel is the ability to forward emails from our support address to our Helpcrunch account and then communicate with the client from within the portal. It's all tracked and is wonderful for reporting.
